Hotel Santa Caterina

The hotel is a villa-like type, nicely decorated. The personnel is very friendly and attentive. The hotel has a very beautiful terrace - perfect for warm weather. Own parking lot was a plus. Proximity to the old city also a plus.

We stayed 1 night only, and for us everything was fine. I would only mention rarher thin walls.

Wonderful breakfast and amazing view in the garden. The room and bathroom were spacious and very quietly. I really recommend it.

The parking space is very very little. It would be great if someone from the hotel could park the car, as it can be very difficult if you are renting a medium/large car.

Room and bathroom was a bit small. Bath tub was a bit difficult to get and out, a little slippery.

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The amenities were very nice, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like — our stay exceeded our expectations.

Location was really convenient, just outside the ZTL. The availability of onsite parking was a big advantage. Staff was unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts were enjoyable, nicely presented, and included gluten-free selections, which was appreciated by our party.

We really have no negatives to report. We would definitely return to this property when in Sienna in the future.

Incredible views of the Tuscan hillsides in a warm and inviting Hotel with an exceptional hotel staff! Breakfast room was inviting and cheerful with a great selection. You felt as though you were dining in a garden.

Beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked. The street was very busy. Cappuccinos were an extra cost. Can’t say anything else that was negative

Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Bed was in a loft area that was difficult to navigate at night. Area carpet by the bed was a slipping hazard

This was my second visit and the hotelIs as wonderful as it was the first time. The staff is exceptionally helpful, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding and the room was spotless and comfortable. Excellent place to stay while visiting Siena and Tuscany.
