Cons -
- The stairwell smelled a bit funny. There were also some dark stains on the room floor - add a few air freshners and a mop and you're perfect
- We stayed for only one night, so it was okay, but the room was small and dated, so that was the only drawback. It was clean which is most important! The breakfast was great, served in the courtyard and very charming!
- Minor point but no lift.

Good location near centro historico, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff that spoke very good English .
Elena, the receptionist, was so professional, friendly and very accommodating, she really made the whole experience so much better. The hotel was conveniently located but a bit out of the turisty center which made it quite and enjoyable. It took us less than 15 min to walk to the main square. But the VIEW from the rooftop terrace was everything, one of the main reasons I booked this place. It was quite the sight!

This villa is simply unforgettable. Located just outside Siena’s transport zone, it offers breathtaking views over the city and the surrounding Tuscan countryside that we couldn’t get enough of. There is free car parking nearby, which is ideal if you have a higher vehicle or your own car and want to explore the wider Siena area at your own pace. The villa itself combines old-world charm with all the modern comforts you need. The rooms were lovely and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast in the garden was peaceful and delicious. The staff were fantastic, expertly organizing our trips and taxis, which made getting around Siena so easy. My wife and I stayed three nights and truly enjoyed every moment. Definitely a five-star experience.
Minor point but no lift.
The breakfast, the bed, the ambiance ,the breakfast staff
No ice allowed in the room, terrace bar was closed,
The best part of the hotel is the terrace, with an amazing view of Siena city. It's on a super quiet area with an amazing view and some free parks in front of the hotel. It's 15mins on walk to the city center. Rooms are stylish and renewed. The whole hotel is clean.
The rainy day but it's not fault of the hotel of course ahah
They have upgraded my room to a bigger one for free! Plus a nice view of siena. Lovely staff. Beautiful interior design!
Very good location for walking. Room very comfortable! Nice breakfast and cheerful staff.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was spacious
shower had a lot of mold on seams, very disappointing
Bed, staff, location.
Breakfast Limited.
Very good location, near Sienna old town on foot , and the room was clean! Friendly stuff, breakfast was nice and they made us coffee! The view from the rooftop is perfect, even though it was raining it was really beautiful!
I was happy that we only had to stay here one night. It was a terrible experience. Too bad, because it has a decent location (even though it's not within the walls of the city), but it's the worst hotel experience I've had in forever.
This is a long list:1) The room was listed as having a view of Siena and the valley and it did NOT. When I brought it up, the woman at the desk said, "oh that's our fault, we should change that description." What?!?! This is a huge detail, and we had no other options for stays. They charged us more for this particular view. No refund, no other offers, just a "that's our bad." Unacceptable, and booking.com should remove them from their listings for having fraudulent descriptions.2) We had reserved a parking space. When arriving, they said, "Well, only small cars fit there." So we had to find parking on the street. They said nothing about this until we arrived.3) The breakfast was laughably bad. We had to go get something to eat after leaving, since there wasn't anything left, and it doesn't look like there was much there to begin with.4) We were told that we not able to drink our own bottle of wine on the property: not on the terrace (weird, but ok), in our own room (what?!?!). I've never been told that at a hotel in my life.5) The bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all over the shower, and the toilet was truly gross. Pictures included, and it concerns me a lot about their cleaning protocols. (these pics are just examples)6) The terrace has a great view of Siena (unlike our room), but chewed up astroturf and a giant bowl of cigarette butts left a lot to be desired. You don't want to hang out there.7) Not only did our room not have a view of Siena, it looked out on a back alley where there was an apartment with someone practicing the drums all afternoon. Not very relaxing.8) Rooms are really, really small (even the "upgraded" one we had).9) Service is poor. We had asked for help in calling for a dinner reservation, and they indicated "that nothing was available." We walked to the restaurant and they said, "of course - no problem at all to get a reservation.
great location and hotel within walking distance to city.
Air conditioning not strong enough
Central, clean, comfortable, comfortable bed, lovely big towels. Great cafe 3 mins from hotel on way to town with beautiful views over Siena.
Location was the only good thing
We had a blocked drain in the shower, room was dirty, stayed on the bottom floor and had guests coming crashing in all night and then the staff arrived at 5am and were bashing around pots and pans for an hour.
The bedroom was spacious and quite comfortable and the location suited our needs .The reception staff were friendly but seemed resigned to the problems not getting fixed . Great coffee at breakfast . The underfloor air-conditioning was a new experience to me but seemed to work , despite the outside temperature being 34 degrees .
The bathroom was in a poor state of repair , the shower door was aged and damaged so leaked water when we had a shower . . The fridge didn’t work at all so our complimentary water was warm , a bit of a win lose .
Staff were super friendly and helpful, nice courtyard for breakfast. Very clean, great panoramic view of the city.
The cooling in the rooms inefficient but they were experiencing a heat wave.
Good location, Only a short walk to the old town. breakfast was served in the garden and weather was a bit cold first thing in the morning. Also food was very repetitive. Room quiet and comfortable, shower was tiny.staff were very helpful. Nice rooftop terrace, with good views.
Shower cubicle was very small, no sun on breakfast terrace so a little cold. Selection at breakfast very limited and repetitive.
