Breakfast was great - lots of choices and breakfast room and patio were really nice. Staff were super helpful!

Pillows were hard!

The breakfast was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Our rooms were awesome and the showers were great. View from our room overlooked the courtyard which was nice. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Taxi service from train station to hotel was about 15EU for four people.

Location and quaint room

Shower water doesn’t drain, flows up to your ankles right away, AC doesn’t work - slept with the window open for fresh air. Dog barked incessantly the entire night

The location is good. (10-15 minutes walk to city center)Free street parking is available on the streets nearby.The Wifi is fast enough (50-100 mbps), with a stable connection.Good and diverse breakfast.

Everything was wonderful, the room was clean, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good, although the variety was not very large but that's expected from a relatively small hotel, and they did change the menu from day to day which was nice. They also have a beautiful garden to sit and relax in.The parking outside the hotel is free which is very convenient. We had a great stay overall.

There's barely any room on the sink to put things, and there's no sink strainer so stuff can fall in.

La Villa was the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Siena’s historic centre, yet away from the hustle and bustle on the centre. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and the breakfast in the garden was a highlight. Our room was stylish, spotless, and had a lovely feel. It felt boutique and personal, not just another hotel.

Nothing stood out as a negative. The team clearly puts a lot of care into every detail.

Beautiful building and patio, breakfast recommended. The venue also has happy hour with reasonably priced drinks.

the higher category room which was attributed to me was extremely nice and well furnished and decorated BUT it only had a super tiny little window.

Beautiful villa located in a chic area at walking distance from the old town. Fantastic breakfast in a beautiful garden. Free parking area just outside the hotel.

Rooms are not really soundproof

The location is amazing. The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and lovely people. The breakfast in the garden is top, very enjoyable.

Location was perfect! Easy to get to the center of Siena and right next to the Fortezza Medicea which has a lovely part and view on top. 8 minutes to our tour pick up spot. Room and bathroom were a good size. Breakfast was wonderful with a great assortment of food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful patio.

Bed was a little too firm. It could use a mattress topper. But everything else was so great, it wasn't that big of an issue.

Very good location and nice garden where you can have breakfast

You can hear the neighbors go to the toilet and everything else. The isolation of the rooms is not worthy of this price level.Staff at reception is not very welcoming.

Room on busy road 24/7- would have preferred room at rear of house. Windows triple glazed which is good for noise reduction but we needed windows open.

The breakfast was wonderful. We thought the room was a little dark and we could hear traffic at night. However it was a pleasant walk into Siena.
