Albergo Chiusarelli

The staff were polite, and the breakfast was a standard buffet. You could hear people walking and talking in the hallways from the room, but overall I still enjoyed my stay. no onsite parking. need to find it in the public space and pay till 8pm.

This is my second time in this HotelThanks to MARCO & and LORENZO, they always do the best service.

Beautiful location in a historical building, close to the city center but in a quiet area. The place was lovely and clean, the staff is friendly and breakfast is included.

No stairs, breakfast was not great and the rooms where a bit old, except for the bathroom which was amazing.

Hotel locations was great, close to bus station and the historic area. Service was good.

No elevators but they help you with the luggage

The hotel was clean and the bedrooms, although not very large, were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. The location was great!

The hotel is perfectly placed on the edge of the pedestrian zone. Although there is on-street parking, we used the private parking space which was very reasonable and got rid of the stress of searching for a space. The staff were extremely helpful and our room was fine. We ate the first night at the restaurant and had an excellent meal. Siena is a beautiful place, far less crowded than nearby Florence and the hotel was an excellent base.

Room a little dark and it took us a while to work out the air conditioning, but really nothing to complain about

The property is very imposing and I love its architectural heritage.Spotlessly cleanStaff couldn’t do enough to help. Reception to the breakfast staff.I also had dinner at the restaurant on my first evening and although they were very busy they kindly sat me at a table and I had a most enjoyable dinner.

I was with 2 friends. The single bed was torturous I had to turn over every 15 minutes because my arms would go numb. My back hurt the next day. The room was spacious with a little room off to the side however the king bed had a foam mattress top. My bed did not. It was the worst bed i have ever encountered at a hotel I could feel the wires poking me vas much as I liked the hotel I will never go there if I have to sleep on the single bed

Really nice place. The breakfast options are very good. The staff very friendly. Several parking options, and the Albergo is closed to the main attractions.

Albergo Chiusarelli is located not far from Il Campo, and near a bus stop. The room was extremely quiet and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
