The location was on a quiet street not too far from the Duomo parking nor from the Duomo. The apt. was large and well equiped. The breakfast coupon for the place just down the street was a nice plus.

This is an apartment wiith all the bells and whistles, situated few steps from the very center of town but very quiet, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and a living room/ dining.We thorough enjoyed our stay here: highly recommended

Large bedroom for 3 adults with access to the garden which was very nice, fourth person slept on pull out in living/kitchen area.. We enjoyed sitting in the garden with a glass of wine. Great location, close to Piazza Del Campo and the beautiful Duomo. Staff very helpful in organizing taxis and a transfer to Perugia.

Everything was good for our group.

Parking in the area sucked. We parked in the garage and it costs 35 euro for a night!

Our family of 5 loved the spaciousness of the apartment and it's proximity to the key sites in Siena. It was an easy 3 minute walk to The Duomo di Siena with some very good restaurants and cafes on our street. Our favorite meal was at a restaurant directly left as you exited the apartment doors (they only take cash). The washing machine was an added bonus as we were a week into our vacation and needed a few things washed. It was quite hot in Siena during our visit and the air-conditioning unit cooled the apartment well. We also had a rental car and parked at IL Campo Garage, which was about an 8 minute walk away. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

It was sometimes difficult to get a prompt response from the host. The directions to apply the discount code for public parking was a bit confusing. And, the pictures of the property were a bit deceiving, as our apartment did not have access to the beautiful courtyard shown in some of the pictures.

Studio was quite spacious, great to have access to courtyard. Great location. Great breakfast options.

Explanation of ZTL permit not clear. In fact it is “forgiveness” system. Drive into ZTL zone for one hour, then apply for a ZTL permit within 48hours in case your car was recorded in the ZTL zone.

Convenient to sites and restaurants. Functional and comfortable- beautiful outdoor courtyard.Walter in reception was so helpful and took care of and followed up with an issue we had with our luggage

Great location; easy access to campo, places of interest and food. The apartment was huge. It was well appointed with comfortable furniture. Bathrooms were modern and had enough hot water. WiFi was also good. Also had a washer which came in handy.

Apartment building didnt come with a lift so note that you will need to lug your luggage up the stairs.

Breakfast was provided but had to go to a nearby restaurant. It was very good! The location was very good. We walked easily around Siena from the apartment. Lots of room and a clothes washing machine!

The apartment is nice and spacious. The high ceilings and windows are nice. Location is good.

The washroom makes some noise.

Very clean, amazing large spaces. Full apartment for any sized family. Air-conditioned and very well appointed. We wished we were there for more than 1 night. Location to the sites was exceptional. Location from the train very far. Get a taxi!

Exceptional location. Two private courtyards. Apartment larger than expected, well equipped kitchen. Checkin process easy.

Parking was a bit of a hike, but worth it to be just a short walk from the center of Siena.

Amazing, big, clean, near centre.

Regis Condo is in the heart of Siena very close to the major attractions. The office staff was available from 8am to 2pm each day and were very helpful with holding luggage and any questions I had. Free unlimited breakfast was at Bar 4 Cantoni just a short walk down the street. The kitchen was well equipped and laundry room very helpful. All facilities worked well. Parking was about a 5-10 minute walk away at Parcheggio Il Campo and cost €140 for one week.

Everything was perfect!A big and spacious apartement. The kitchen utensils are of good quality. The heating worked well.The apartement is located in the middle of the old city and a walk away from interesting spots.

The location is great The garden was very nice but shared with others so it could get busy.

Over priced rooms and strange check out time at 10 am , requiring to pay extra 25 euros for late checkouts. The washing machine didn't have any washing soap which was inconvenient. Overall the energy of the place felt too focused on maximising profit.

Location was awesome. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. And there were garden courtyards on both sides & good cross ventilation. Great unlimited breakfast at a nearby Bar 4 Cantoni included. Leonardo at reception responded to all our questions & was beyond helpful. We would book here again.

Weak internet in the apartment. It was necessary to find the sweet spot.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Siena, just a few minutes from Piazza del Campo and Duomo. The apartment was spotless, with a comfortable king-size bed and a cozy sofa bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the coffee and herbal teas provided. The shower was definitely a highlight, and the complimentary toiletries were a thoughtful touch.The inner garden was lovely. As welcoming as the apartment was, the staff was even more, incredibly helpful, allowing us to leave our bags both upon arrival and after checkout
