The Coffee, location, breakfast fruit, staff friendliness
Room amenities, property very old and need urgent maintenance, we had no water the last morning and we left rushing as we can’t use washrooms or showers , staff the should have informed us.
The standard room was very big. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I appreciated the location, only a walking distance from the centre.
The breakfast wasn't great. Pasties and focaccia were quite old. Lots of options but not really a great quality. I expect much more from an Italian hotel.

Great location to visit Siena and move with public transport within and to/from Siena. The room was clean and comfortable, the personnel were very kind and breakfast had good variety. Definitely recommend!

Excellent breakfast, with very nice coffee. Location very central, walking distance from everything you must visit in Siena centro storico. Next to the Hotel very nice gardens and la Fortezza Medicea where you can walk or jog for your daily routine. The location is very safe day and night.

I only stayed there one night but wish there were more. The room had everything one can need, the balcony view with Duomo was marvelous, the staff reacted to all my concerns immediately. I did not ordered breakfast, but what I saw was also excellent. Since I ordered the room last minute, the price was OK.
Great place. Everything worked, very clean, in a great location for public transport, close to a small supermarket. Staff professional and helpful.
