Great staff. Pleasant and helpful. Location is great. Bus stop just steps away. Grocery across the street. Extremely easy to grab bus to city centre.

Forget using the laundry facilities. Always busy and the dryer takes forever.

Nice little apartment to stay in. Great that it's free parking. Good location within walking to grocery store, coffee bar, and restaurant. Long walk into the city but doable.

The TV - would have been good to have some streaming stations like Netflix or to be able to cast from my phone like I was able to do when I stayed there before.

The place is excellent (a bit difficult to find) and the host was wonderful, my only problem was the location, lots of traffic and impossible to walt to downtown.

Good value, clean, lots of parking, there’s an elevator

During winter the air conditioning system switched to heat only so we weren’t able to cool the place (it was very hot). Take in consideration (during fall or spring)

Bed was awsome. Despite looking like an old hotel, it had everything we needed and it was clean.

You need to take a bus to go to the city center or you will pay a decent amount of money for a parking slot. Parking on premises was not private nor there was some type of surveillance.

Big and comfortable room, small kitchen equipped for cooking simple meals. Enough parking places (some are underground). Seems to be a safe area.

In our case we rented a car, but location might not be so convenient if you don’t have one. City center is not far but streets have a lot of slope.

Safe private parking and free coffee at the reception corner. Five minutes walk to public bus station that we could leave our car and visit Siena by bus.

The cost per wash and dry was 7+7 euros which was on the high side.

Great apartment, spacious and clean. It is located a bit away from city center, but if you go by car, the parking on site is right in front and a short drive to Siena's downtown where there are paid parkings with easy access to the city. Coffee machine to use freely in the lobby

Clean, spacious, quiet, felt like an Oasis

Couldn’t ask for a best location. The hotel was clean and had a kitchenette. No more than one groceries store within walking distance, two restaurants, and a good wine spot.The hotel seats in a 2 minute drive from a parking lot at on the entrances of downtown. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will stay there again.

The beds were not comfortable at all, and the room was hot. To turn off the heater and get the AC going what’s this whole process that we just decided just to crank open the window to freshen the room.

Clean, easy to access, location is ok

Nice location, free parking, clean room and practical facilities, easy access to old town of Siena by car.

The staff is very friendly.The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean and well-equipped.

A comfortable apartment and well soundproofed. Crisp laundered sheets. Good cooking facilities and equipment. Plenty of designated parking spaces outside. Reception staff gave useful information about sightseeing.

Our apartment overlooked a road that was busy in rush hour.

I have to start by saying that the staff were exceptional and very accommodating. The entire space was clean and we were provided plenty of linen. The kitchen had everything I needed to reheat or prepare my meals. There's an Indian restaurant next door and at first, I was skeptical about the authenticity of the restaurant. I tried it one night and was pleasantly pleased. I recommend the restaurant and the staff were very helpful.

The shower door was broken and kept sliding off the hinges at the top. I had to carefully pull it back into place and when taking a shower made sure I didn't touch it because I was afraid it will fall of.

We loved everything about the hotel, the location, very clean and spacious units, comfy beds, friendly staff, parking place

The lady at the front was pleasant to deal with and helpful.

Walls cracked at several locations, floor tiles broken in the centre of the living room, air conditioning not working properly and very noisy, air conditioning air filters completely blocked with dust and dirt, wall receptacle broken in the living room.

The receptionist, Valentina, was excellent. She was very informative and relayed a lot of details to help us get around.

Very nice place, kind personel, parking is next to the hotel and there is an option to use the washing machine if needed with a small fee. Rooms are very big and well equipped. There is a public bus that will take you to the city center within few minutes, but they are operating only up to 20.30, after then you need to walk which takes about 30 minutes - so the localisation is so so.

Localisation if you are not using your own car and/or a bus - 30 minutes walk to the city center.
