- Breakfast
- Breakfast was great! It was also close to train station and the mall and meals.
- It is close to train station. The room is clean. The stuff are very nice. Breakfast is good and meet our expectation. The top room has balcony, this is a big surprise for us.
Cons -
- Escalators to get there from the train station, not all were working
- The AC regulates itself and was constantly warm making it difficult to sleep. Coming from the train station was a bit hard because we had too much luggage and there was no elevator at the train station plus one of the 9 escalators to reach the Main Street
- The hotel is noisy. The doors are thin, the floors are linoleum, the doors cannot be closed without banging. At least in my room, the bed was right next to the door. The bed was only moderately comfortable. The hotel is not really convenient to the center of Siena - it's at least 20 minutes from everything.

The staff was exceptional, especially at the front desk. The gentleman there helped us with parking and called a few restaurants to make us a reservation.
You can take the escalators in PortaSiena from the train station practically to the front doors of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is accommodating for people with celiac disease.
The hotel is convenient to the train station. The breakfast was fine. The people working in the hotel are friendly.

Easy walk to historic center. Great restaurant recommendations very close to hotel, friendly helpful staff, impeccable cleanliness.
Rooms were lovely, excellent breakfast great location
The location from the train station cannot be beat. Spacious room. Spacious bathroom. Good size shower. Amazing customer service. My 4th stay here and I keep coming back.
The bed is a little on the hard side for me. But that is just personal preference.
Thank you so much! We had a great time - we were looking for a place close to a train station, so the location was perfect for us. The breakfast is wonderful! We were helped with getting a taxi, our luggage was kept. We will definitely come back!
Most hotel rooms in Italy are on the smaller size however, our room was more than adequate with great windows that blocked out street noise
Since most hotels room in Italy are on the smaller size, I would have preferred a chair to a desk in the room.
Great location, very good breakfast. Staff were very accomodating
Great location, clean facility, very pleasant environment. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful.
I didn’t like the small bathroom with a bathtub . I would have preferred a shower . It is easier to get in and out of.
Super nice staff and hotel and rooms were very clean and classy . Easy to locate well marked with great signs!
We booked last minute , and got the last room , it had windows right on street some side , so we had a little car noise during traffic time, but over all it was not bad at all.
Staff are very friendly. Location close to train station. Free full breakfast was the best hotel breakfast service I ever had.
On the 4th floor one morning at 9am did not have water in shower. Other mornings we got up earlier and had water.
Very kind and helpful staff.
Breakfast was limited. No fresh fruit. The croissants were boring.
Clean and professional. Felt very comfortable
Location was not a pretty area. Safe but not pretty. Yet, it was manageable since it was so close the piazza del campo(city center)
Arriving at the train station you can either take a taxi or walk across the street to the shopping mall and take the series of escalators up the hill to the top and then walk a block to the right to the hotel. Walking to the historic center took me about 40 minutes, but i walk slowly and there is a bus you can take most of the way if you don't want to walk. I enjoyed the walk. My room was large and attractively decorated but it was a single and the bed was quite small, although comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best anywhere, abundant, diverse, satisfying.
no complaints
Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, close to the train station.
Was a short walk to downtown historical district of Siena many restaurants nearby beds were comfortable room was clean. Staff was very helpful.
Nothing everything was wonderful
The location, staff, and breakfast were excellent. We loved that a laundromat was right across the street.
The parking was a bit challenging, but not overly difficult.
