The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. Above and beyond! Breakfast was very good with many choices.

It certainly wasn’t what I expected. The room I got placed in wasn’t even on the website. Pictures weren’t taken of it. It smelled like cleaning supplies. I had to leave the window open for a few hours to get the smell out.

The staff was friendly and informative about the area recommended restaurants. The breakfast was great. About a 15-20 walk to the town center. The room was very clean and efficient.

The room was small but efficient. It was a bit noisy with the window opened. Was a bit far from center of town and restaurants.

Very good location with parking (2 parkings) , good breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly, can all speak English as well! Kettle in the room and spotless clean rooms.

The property was lovely, beautiful little gardens and the room was lovely with a great view. The shower was hot and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great with a nice glass courtyard which was a lovely way to start the day. The staff were exceptional especially Matteo, he gave us advice on authentic places to eat and places to see and no question asked was ever a problem. We loved stay and experience at Siena. Id definitely give this property 5 stars

The hotel was nice and pleasant, well connected by urban bus services despite being far from the historic center (well... no super far, 20' walk). The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety and very fresh options. The staff were kind and attentive, in particular the young man who helped me book a ticket for an opera concert. They also offered a thoughtful compensation for the small issue we had, which I’ll enjoy with someone special.

The room didn’t really feel like a true 3-star accommodation and was located in a building separate from the main hotel. The shower had a problem that couldn’t be fixed immediately due to needing special parts.

A little farther down the Road than we expected. Since we were waking everywhere But Siena is Beautiful and so was San Gimignano

The staff at check-in was great, very kind and helpfull. He also gave us all the info that we needed for dinner and gelateria. The breakfast was good, parking at the hotel great, the room was clean and had everything you need. We would definitely book it again if coming to Siena.

Location was fine as we could park on the property and walk into the city. It was 30 mins walk to the Piaaza del Campo

The hotel is very beautiful, more like a house, and very cosy. The staff is great. Very kind and nice and helpful too.

Well we knew already that it was far from the city centre but this is something you should consider. Not a downside or dislike. Just something to be aware off so that you don’t complain latter. They are very proud of their breakfast and to be honest it is good but not picture taking write home amazing. Good and honest and better than many, for sure. Although nothing that justifies being so proud.

The location was convenient, half an hour walk from the historic center or quicker with bus. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff at the reception was helpful and responded to my questions about attractions and visits in and near Siena.

The whole experience felt a bit harassing. I received many messages from the property with different requests and instructions, it has never happened before. When I arrived there was a strong smell of chlorine in the room, they explained that they had just cleaned and it will go away, they would open the windows for me. Indeed, when I came back later in the evening, it was much better. The next morning a member of the staff entered my room with a key while I was still sleeping. They apologized after, but still more attention to these details is needed. After I inquired at the reception how I can go to San Gimignano. While we were talking, it got almost 10:30, the check out time. I said that I will just go, pick up my bag and check out, but as I was about to head out I still got a call in my room reminding me of the check out time.

Just outside old town Siena, hotel is next to the bus stop which is handy, nice breakfast with good selections of fruit bread, cheese and juice, staff was very nice and helpful, room was cleaned daily, bed was comfortable

Everything was excellent! The room was clean and comfy, the holel was charming and the staff super nice. The brekafast was delicious.

We came in by car so the location was perfect. We had no trouble parking in the premises. The stuff was really kind and helpful, especially Sofia ☺️ The room was very clean,breakfast was quite tasty and plenty. We will definitely stay here again

The property was excellent — very clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was good, and the bus station is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere from this destination. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

The staff stayed late to check me in & helped locate a taxi to get me to my meeting on time.
