Staff were pleasant. Room was clean.

The first room we checked into had drapes falling off the window, a bathroom door that didn't close and a towel heating rack that was rusting. The second room had no lights beside the bed. The third room was okay but the coat hook immediately fell off the wall when I placed my coat on it. The breakfast was mediocre.

The position while not in the centre is not far to walk. The hotel is clean and staff were helpful.

We had an issue with the heating of our room, but it was resolved super quickly.

    Location and view

The beds were likely a nice memory foam but I like a firm bed as a stomach sleeper so I struggled with sleeping.

    Location was perfect.

The cost of parking was high. It was very noisy at all hours. The staff was not really friendly especially the breakfast staff. I felt like I was an inconvenience for them. However, Rita and the blonde haired woman (sorry forgot her name) were the best part of our stay. Both were extremely helpful.

    Room was quiet and clean.

Needs some repairs, things in my room we're in working order. Things like lights needing lightbulbs, outlets that are loose, toilet didn't flush properly. Door handle to balcony was loose.

The hotel is old, but clean and has charming small garden. Breakfast is good. Not to far from the main attractions .

    No refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast ok but room for improvement. Location is quite close to Siena old city. View from our window was spectacular

A kettle for a cup of tea would be good

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. We had one with a patio (highly recommend booking this type of room if available as the view over Siena is lovely and it a huge extra private space). The staff - front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendants - were all amazing! Helpful, friendly, efficient. The common areas are also nice.

Really nothing that we didn't like.

    Friendly staff and generous breakfast.

    Rooms are dated but comfortable.

    10RosePosted on: 10-15-2025

The beds were comfortable, very clean, and great breakfast!

Decor is very outdated, felt like you were in a hospital. Standard rooms are very small, but they upgraded us to a better room for 20€more a night, and we were very happy!

    8MariannePosted on: 10-13-2025

Shower was immediately hot. We had a large terrace on floor -1. Great location near city wall.

Breakfast was weak. No USB charging ports in room. Not many electrical outlets.

    Staff helpful. Breakfast nice….good cappuccino

Location only fair. After touring all day would have liked a restaurant nearby and not have to walk 20 minutes to find one..and only one choice.

We booked a room w/very large terrace overlooking old Siena. The sun-drenched terrace was perfect for wine & cheese in the afternoon and pastries in the morning. The two new chaise lounges and two armchairs, plus small round table/2 chairs/umbrella, were all very comfortable and accommodated us well. The hotel is well-situated for sightseeing and multiple dining options are very handy. The hotel staff are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. There were a variety of breakfast selections. It was wonderful to have on-site parking.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was quite suitable.

The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms were a good size and we'll appointed. We even had a patio overlooking the city of Siena. The bed was comfortable and there plenty of electric outlets.

Like every place we've stayed on thus trip, not enough shelf space in the bathroom for all the toiletries people travel with and no facial tissues.

This is the closest hotel to the train station from where we disembark at the train station. The check-in was prompt and professional. The lobby area was spacious and well lighted. The breakfast was decent for its price point. Has coffee machine, all sorts of pastries and cold cuts. The room was spacious, the shower is hot, the bed is reasonably comfortable. The awesome view of the medieval city (as shown in the hotel profile) was actually taken from the balcony of the corporate meeting rooms. This may also be available at specific south-facing rooms with large balconies. Ample car park you can rent in the hotel if you were driving.

I would have preferred greatly if the hotel provided a kettle for us to boil hot water in the room. That would help if we wanted to drink hot beverage in the room. As a substitute, we had to ask the kitchen to provide us boiled water at night, which was a bit inconvenient. There was also no sandals (at least disposable ones) for the room, as the floor was tiled. It can be a bit cold for the feet during the winter. Lastly, the lighting in the room was a bit dim. I would have preferred a brighter setting. All in all, still a good and comfortable hotel to stay, with some room for improvements.
