Everything was wonderful during our stay, but the most valuable part was the staff — they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially Margherita — she’s such a lovely person, always kind and supportive. She really made our stay extra special!

Comfortable bedding, clean room, free parking and helpful staff at the reception. Great advantage that the hotel has a restaurant that is open until late and food is good.

The fact that we could not regulate the temperature in the room as AC was off and it was a bit stuffy plus windows open just a little. A VERY uncomfortable and slippery shower/bathtub/door concept. Ladies at the restaurant were very noisy preparing tables for breakfast when people were still having dinner. Also the setting of tables was not proper. Breakfast was very poor for a 4 star hotel.

Very quiet, plenty of parking and clean room with well equipped bathroom and lots of towels.comfy bed. Breakfast was ample but quite italian, lots of fruit and cake.Friendly reception staff spoke excellent English Lovely pizza restaurant close by- la colonna. We had a takeaway pizza as they were booked for a function . Supermarket close by also

The location was far from town and impossible to walk on the motorway hard shoulder ( no pavements) so we caught the bus as parking in siena is 2 euros per hour and the bus was cheap. Limited options for evening meals near the hotel

Very clean and tidy hotel. Good breakfast, the mattress is fine.You can walk to the city centre, use the bus or with your car. Madalena and the reception staff are very helpful.If I return to Siena, I would book this hotel again.

The staff were extremely polite. It was a clean but basic room. Parking was great.

Andrea at reception desk was super helpful and made us feel welcome right away. His tips for the city were super informative! Give him a raise or promote him!

Our pillows were very hard and flat.We arrived late and a vending machine could have been appreciated.

The tv had sky movies and the option to put it in English, there was convenient and free parking and the reception staff were friendly

Really helpful staff, she took the time to explain us the area and give us tips on where to eat.

The location is great - we left the car on the parking lot and then walked to the old town. It’s not the shortest walk, please keep that in mind and it goes uphill, but totally manageable. Breakfast was nice. Room and bathroom were clean, well equipped with toiletries provided.

The staff was very friendly and helped us to find a best solution for transport. The parking was private and safe. Location was good, easy to find. Breakfast was OK, room was clean. We will be back next time we visit Siena.
