Washroom design and cleanliness of room overall. Can't beat their location... Just minutes walk away from all major tourist attractions.

There was no AC... So it got a bit toasty... But since it was a top floor a nice breeze did make it bearable, so in all my wife and I liked the experience.

90-second walk to town square (il campo), great view of central square tower from bedroom window, quiet and clean hotel room, comfortable bed, recently renovated room, nice hot shower with great water pressure, good heat/ac, GREAT owner/operator who is personable and emails in advance to ensure all is in order before your arrival.

No elevator, so you have to walk up four flights of stairs to get to hotel (which is on top floor); however, this climb only takes about 3 minutes....I'm a 72-year-old male & had no problem with this, so I doubt that anyone else (unless you are using a walker or a wheelchair) will either.

Great Location in the center of Siena. Hotel staff is available 8-5 everyday. Room was comfortable and clean with a nice view to Mangia Tower.

Be aware that you have to climb several flight of stairs. If you carrying a lot of luggage or have any mobility issues this may be a consideration for you.

Everything!!The location is perfect, just in the middle of the city, yet super quiet at night. The mattress was really good, something I usually struggle to findThe place was sparkling clean and with everything you may need. Towels included, shower gel, a hair dryer that it does work, coffee and tea.And the man who helped me at the reception was beyond welcoming and kind with me.Great experience, I absolutely recommend it! :)

Perfect location close to Piazza Del Campo and many restaurants/cafes. Cozy and clean room. Wonderful terrace/balcony right from the room.

Having to climb multiple flights of stairs to get to the hotel/room. It was manageable, but not expected. The noise in the early morning due to construction.

The location was perfect! The gentlemen who checked us in and out was very nice. We were able to store our bags on the day of our checkout and he called a taxi for us to go to the train station.

The location was great and the room was clean. The hotel would not be the choice for anyone have issues with stairs, otherwise it was good!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything in the room worked well. The couple working the reception were nice and welcoming.

It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator. I’m bike touring down the length of Italy and had to carry my loaded bike up there. I was grateful that they allowed me to have my bike in my room, though. A lot of places won’t allow that.

Difficult to find inside the old city and access for luggage is hard

The rooms are recently remodeled, bathrooms are beautiful. The host was helpful with reservations and taxis. Location in city center of Siena was nice.

The property is challenging for anyone with physical limitations. 4th floor no lift.

it surpassed my expectations! very clean, spacious room in the heart of siena. extra bonus they let you leave the luggage until the closing of the reception (19:00)

the only notice is that it doesn't have an elevator which personally wasn't a problem for me, but maybe it is an issue for others!
