Beautiful grounds and restaurant.

There is no housekeeping, so you have to haul away all of your trash, you have to resupply clean towels, and restock toilet paper all yourself.

Pool, restaurant and surrounding.

The apartments are very outdated and poorly maintained. The couch and bed were broken, and there were ants everywhere. The bathroom had no ventilation or window, turning it into a sauna in the heat. The shower curtain was too short, so the floor was constantly wet and slippery. With no AC and no screens on the windows, we had to choose between overheating or letting insects in. It was miserable—we barely slept and ended up leaving a day early.

Everything, especially the fact that we were all together in the same “village”.We used as a base for 90% of our wedding invitees.

Many steps, if you are booking for somebody elderly better to use the hotel or a ground floor apartment :)

5e for a cap mandatory to go in the pool is ridiculous

It was absolutely beautiful - the grounds were stunning and the food at the pool car was delicious too!

You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool and no floats are allowed - it was more people doing lengths than a holiday, leisure pool.

The pool was amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The food and breakfast was fabulous. The grounds are immaculate.

The accommodation was rather like a hostel. It was very rudimentary, dark and sad. The bathroom c1950. There were ceiling fans but in heat of 40 degrees they really didn’t do very much apart from swirl the hot air around. The rooms were clean just unwelcoming. Not really the experience you want on a holiday. We would come back to the region but not here due to the accommodation. But they did have a hotel with 17 rooms .. so maybe they are better.

Convenient location great underground parking. Sun beds available by pool and not too busy. Restaurant good

Overall, very large, anonymous appartement complex, staff at bar unfriendly, rules at the pool a bit overdosed, overall value for money does not match

Location was good and close to Bagnaia beach. The residence complex was very nice and pleasant, well maintained.

The apartment itself was really basic and dated, bathtub would benefit from renewing, there was no hairdryer, doors and toilet seat were really squeaky, locking the front door was also a challenge. We also had a battle with ants ... Breakfast was really expensive (14EUR per person) but not much was on offer....We traveled with a small pet (cavalier breed) and residence have asked as for a deposit of 150 EUR in the case of damage, which was a 1st time someone asked for that, on top of paying upfront 10EUR / day for a pet stay.

The property itself is very large and very green making it cozy and pleasant to the eye. It was also quiet and we couldn’t hear the neighbors although the apartments were next to each other. When we arrived we were given a free apartment upgrade which was an incredibly pleasant surprise and it made our stay with our 3 yo son even more comfortable.

We liked pretty much everything, nothing to specify here.

A beautiful complex in the middle of nature with a great restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Italian pizza and wine. Room for 2 was really spacious and well equipped. This hotel surpassed our expectations! :)

The pool was big. The area was green and full of flowers. Grounds well kept.

Sad apartment. Really just the basics. Quite old. Garage was too small for my car so I had to park outside. The area is nice with nice little beach and beautiful views but all the restaurants in Bagnaia are quite bad unfortunately. To eat well you have to cook yourself or drive quite a bit.

This property feels like something out of a dream. Beautiful setting with luscious olive trees, curated gardens and vines on the building that blow in the breeze. A gorgeous clean pool, delicious restaurant and a quick walk through to a pebble beach nearby or little shop and restaurant strip. Beyond peaceful and real soul food. We had a delicious break every morning and the staff really were super accommodating and helpful at every term. A special thank you to Andrea for helping all 6 of us check in a little earlier.

Property as grounds are stunning.

We rented the apartment as we are a family, but it was super basic. However price was extremely reasonable. Restaurant was not available to us which was a shame.

I like a lot the place of the resort totally green and the apartments are simply perfect. Hot when it s cold outside and cool when sun is high. I come here for the feeling of complete wellness since 1995.

Very nice garden, pool and yard; convenient distances to the ports and the eastern half of the island (if you drive); helpful staff with the layout of the property, surroundings and small needs.

It became humid following the weather especially the washroom.

The whole grounds are stunning, and the views in the locations are beautiful. Perfect scenery for relaxing. The pool area is amazing, exactly like the pictures.Our apartment was very clean when we got there.

The restaurant - we ate there on our first night. The food wasn't bad but wasn't amazing, either. Overpriced. However the staff was really lovely.
