Hotel is old and need update.

The pool area was nice, breakfast quite good, evening buffet quite good. Situated about 400 metres from the beach but it was all uphill (very steep) coming home. Towels available for pool, reasonabvle deposit.

The lock was broken on the door to the balcony so couldn't be locked which made us feel very insecure. We reported this on the first morning and almost every day later. On the 6th day we got a change of room. The lock was still unrepaired. A faulty light switch was replaced within 24 hours. Reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Said they had no information on buses, things to do or see etc. Appeared uninterested. Beds were rock hard. Not one English channel on TV. Servive at the pool bar was worse than Fawlty Towers, but not as funny.

Location excellent, though tricky to park.Half board good one night, excellent the following night

Nice pool and dining room.

Grumpy and unhelpful receptionist. They also seemed to be poorly trained. Dinner did not commence at advertised time. Service at pool bar/snacks was very poor. A broken lock on balcony door was not repaired for the five days we were in room 302.

No parking available, room smell funny small and overpriced, bad service and communication from employees, standard buffet.

Clean, lovely staff, great food and pool

Very friendly stuff and very close to the beach.

They lie about the sea views.I paid extra for a sea views room, but the sea was barely visible behind a building.They refused to change the room or to return the extra payment.

Noisy at night, chef in restaurant was unapproachable, felt unwelcome several times

There really was not much to like about the hotel. We canit think of a single thing that would encourage to say anyting positive. Pretty awful experience.

We paid 275 euros a night. The room was dated, we had one pillow, you had to hire towels for the pool. Staff were rude and didn't care. There were no coffee making facilities you had to use the communal coffee machine. You had to pay for parking. The pool water felt like it had been in the pool for years, the pool area was not clean and there was music blaring out.

The location was excellent, staff were lovely, it was spotless.

The hot food wasn’t hot. The restaurant needed more staff serving the hot food due to the queue. The toilet in the room made noise all night 2 of the 3 nights of our stay- told the front desk about it and nothing was done. requested a room change and we were told nothing could happen until Monday but we were leaving on Monday. No sleep for 2 nights.
