Beautiful hotel and a very comfortable room. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and visiting the beach just next to the hotel.

Location location location and nice hotel in general .

Need to put bottled water in the rooms.shops are not very close and not so convenient to have to carry drinking water.

Great location, lovely grounds, warm pool, delicious food and kind staff. My room was comfortable and spacious. (Some rooms are tight!)

I didn’t use the spa - it was occupied by wedding guests and I wasn’t able to receive credit for what I didn’t use. The flat fee for breakfast is very high at $20 when you pay over $200 for a room. It should be included. It would be convenient to rent beach towels.

Great location, service and rooms.

The inside pool is 10e for an hour, the gym could be enhanced, the outside pool could be a bit cleaner.

Can tell the hotel was old and not very well maintained. Staff was not particularly nice or helpful. The spa was very bad and it’s not even included in the stay, we paid and was very disappointed, pool was cold and sauna not hot enough + no hot water in the showers at the spa. Rooms were cold and very humid, all our clothes were wet and the bed sheets were wet too. Mattress was uncomfortable. Overall no comfort.

Superb location, quiet area, beautiful beach. The hotel is beautifully decorated, smells really nice, rooms and terrace are spacious, clean and renewed. Breakfast varied and good quality. All the premises are well kept (outdoor swimming pool and garden, indoor swimming pool etc).

Room was lovely, very clean, state of the art bathroom / shower facilities.

Wifi did not reach my room, so was very poor, and I had to do a conference call in the hallway.

A very nice hotel in a lovely location.Compared with previous visits, staff numbers were down, so bar was never open.

It was really bad staying, I had to leave the hotel.

The property was u der construction and there was loud everywhere and although I warned them many times and they told me okay we fix it they did not stop the construction. How they can keep the hotel opened while there was a huge construction. People were rude and did not help me for nothing. I had to leave the hotel even I have 3 more days.

The room was exactly what I needed to reset after a few days of work, the location was lovely and there was lots of access to the beach. Additionally, the room had a great view. The restaurant staff and hotel staff were lovely and helpful, which was useful.

Pool wasn't open due to time of year, but that wasn't clear. My room had ants and I mentioned it to staff multiple times. I was only there for a short time so I didn't expect to ask to move, but it would have been nice to be offered an alternative accommodation because finding ants all over the room was kind of a turn off for a 4 star hotel. Also, the room was really dusty like it hadn't been cleaned/dusted in days (a layer of dust on the phone and bedside table specifically).

Nice hotel in a really good location at the beach. Clean, full of light, big rooms, and good service.

They could improve the restaurant and the small details in the room (like bathrobe, slippers, welcome chocolates, usb ports, etc.)

Lovely hotel, great location. Room was upgraded to a Seaview room which sounded like a really nice touch.Room was really nice, shower was great.

Room was upgraded to Seaview but there was a big building project right in our view! Which wasn't mentioned at booking or check in... Work started at about 8... which was okay for us because we had appointments but if we were just on holiday it wouldn't have been so welcome. I'm sure in season it will be lovely! We would go back!

The hotel was beautifully kept. Very clean, modern, with touches of elegance.The staff were very welcoming. Our little dog loved the welcome present. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and yard, great quiet location - basically on the beach and there is a walking path right outside. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. The hotel also has free parking available and welcomes pets (my dog even got a welcome gift - a ball to play). Staff was friendly and dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Definitely recommend!
