staff were really friendly and helpfulroom was comfy and spaciousvery close to restaurants and beachrestaurant at hotel was excellent, with superb fillet steak cooked on lava rockenjoyed every minute

The hotel was in a great position for the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection at breakfast. Had two very good evening meals. Excellent quality. Service excellent. Very reasonably priced. Had a lovely time there.

The room and terrace area were nice

We needed and iron and the hotel only had one. They purchased another one while we were there, but it was being shared by many rooms. Also, the Wi-Fi did not work in one of our rooms. The room needed a new modem which was never corrected while we were there.

Comfortable bed, good aircon, very good reception, excellent big parking space.

Separate building to pool and restaurant, bathroom worn and shower very poor low pressure and water fluctuated. Service at lunch time at the pool bar was difficult to get staff attention . Thin worn bath towels.

Not much needs to be updated in some areas small car park ?️ Menü needs looking ? over! Set 3 course Menü poorBuffet only when coach tours IN. favours Dutch ?? guests!

Stating the rooms in the annex don’t have lifts doesn’t cut it be honest it’s like the stairway to heaven 3 floors UP A narrow staircase with cases don’t book it if you’re over 50 you get a heart attack!!This hotel miss sells these rooms without lift should state how many floors you have to climb NOT UPPER FLOORS ACCESSIBLE BY OWN MEANS (STAIRWAY TO HELL OR HEAVEN)Over priced hotel ? !

Clean and comfortable.Very near to the beach

No kettle in the room .Coffee machine that didn’t get to boiling point

Location was great, right next to the beach and with nice restaurants nearby. The lady at the reception in the morning was also very nice.

We had booked 6 single beds for 6 adults and when we got to the hotel the man at the reception told us that we only had 4 beds (2 single and 2 double). This was very disappointing as the main reason for booking this hotel was that we would each have our own bed, without having to share beds. The man at the reception told us that he had another room available but he did not want to give it to us for free to remedy the situation because it was a "romantic room" that always got sold out at night. All we managed to get was an extra bed for kids, but unfortunately we were all grown up adults and the bed was too small.

Everything - the rooms, the breakfast, the staff and the location

La Casita (the bar around the pool) closed early in the evening and didn’t have the same choice of food as when we stayed last year The singer on Saturday night was very good but didn’t attract too many people as La Casita really needed to be open and serve drinks rather than have to go to the restaurant to get served.

The milk was off at the breakfast buffet, but the staff immediately changed it.

I’ve stayed here many times and the location and views are stunning

bathroom and toilet hadn’t been cleaned ? and they had put the security sticker which was a shame

General maintenance of hotel could be improved.

Location was great for us as we were hiking the GR 92. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

The AC wasn’t working and it was hard to sleep because the room was stuffy. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly.

The staffs are friendly, polite and accommodating. Quick and easy check in and our. Big room with your very own jacuzzi, big balcony. Fresh baked bread and pastries, sparkling wine we had mimosa every day. Free parking. Location is great.

Maybe at least two loungers on the balcony, we only have one during our stay.

Excellent property, room in a very beautiful,central location. Special thanks to the hotel staff for organising a beautiful birthday surprise for my partner. Everything was very well decorated in the room and better than the way we expected. I 100% Recommend this hotel! :)

very noisy neighbours in the room next door, must of been heard by everyone.only two coffee capsules provided in room, no alternatives and if wanted more you have to pay a rip off price.
