We've gone quite a few times. Spaceous rooms, beds are fine. Bathrooms quite comfortable and modern. Reception a bit slow and not too enthusiastic. We got some goodies for the dog. They don't just allow pets, they seem happy to receive them which is very kind. Prices did go up about three fold for dogs in 2025 (from 6 euros to about 18 so perhaps we shouldn't expect any less). Prices are very reasonable in September.The pool is quite nice, we didn't use it this time but it's definitely good to have.

The problem? The noise... Our neighbors were quite loud at 4 AM - reception couldn't be reached by phone so I had to go down to see someone. A shame - not sure if we should go back.

Staff and breakfast, size the rooms

Miriam at reception was great and helpful. Clean hotel and near city centre and beach.

The room was large, clean & tidy and had a balcony. The breakfast was excellent, it was buffet style, so much choice, it had everything including a full English breakfast . Coffee & Juices etc, can't fault it, something for everyone. The pool was great, a nice place to relax, and it also had a pool bar with very reasonable prices. Even had a free underground car park.

For the money I cannot think of anything we didn't like.

Great place, close to all the necessary shops, and the beach is a 30 minute walk away. Breakfasts were varied. Rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. And of course, amazing views of the coast and beaches.

Booked double bed, got two single beds pushed together and made-up separately. Staff were unable to book a taxi from airport to hotel, as the didn't have a number for a taxi firm at the airport!!?? Apart from that the staff were good.

Easy parking and a nice welcome, the breakfast was pretty good with decent fruit etc. The room was basic but okay. It was all going well probably would have rated the hotel a good 7, until I went to sleep.

My score for this hotel is pretty much based on the fact a large seemingly drunk man let himself into my room with a key card provided by reception in the middle of the night, this is completely unacceptable. When approached reception they didn't even apologise or seemingly acknowledge what had occurred. I didn't sleep owing to this.

Old rooms that could do with having the curtains washed or changed. Wifi wasn’t good in the room.

Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean room with plenty of storage and excellent lighting. A good sized balcony with comfortable seats and a table. Large shower cubicle with a fully height adjustable shower head.Close to two large supermarkets for picnic food.Great coffee in the coffee machine at breakfast.

Didn’t have any blankets. So we were cold. We asked at the reception and the girl gave us an awful and dirty one.

Absolutely great value for money. If you are seeking luxury items, it might not be for you, but here you will find everything you need, if you are looking for a holiday that won‘t cost you the world. We loved it and we were not missing anything! We went off season by the way. There was a good variety at dinner and breakfast for everyone. Thank you so much!

The rooms were clean, but tables at breakfast and dinner, never seemed to be cleaned underneath the table cloth and overall items such as elevators seemed not very clean either. The plastic furniture on the balconies have seen better times. But that’s all not too bad, considering the price of the hotel.

Huge company event with 220 people over two days and they didn’t care for other guests, rude and noisy and partying until 4am. Pool area is tired and dirty

Not much to like. The staff were friendly but overall very bad value for money. Can’t believe it has 4 stars.

Scruffy and tired decor. Noisy. Dirty. Uncomfortable beds.Requested 2nd pillow, as each of us only had 1, they never gave them to us. I asked 3 times. Still no pillow. Breakfast was bad. The pastries were industrial out of a packet. Not fresh. Coffee passable. Fruit ok. It only opens from 8am to 10am so very busy and the space is very noisy. You are only allowed to eat breakfast out on the terrace if you have a dog! Coffee machine switched of at 10am on the dot.

They had good parking spot and close to get something to eat.

The pool had really cold water.
