Mas Falgarona Hotel Boutique & SPA

Everyone was so nice & friendly at the hotel. The restaurant is also really good. The rooms are elegant with comfortable beds.

The Sauna wasn't working which was a bit disappointing.

Mas Falgarona is one of the most charming places we have stayed at in Cost Brava. The staff are so friendly & helpful. The restaurant has been mentioned in Michelin guide. Everything is delicious & the presentation is outstanding. The sceneries are also breathtaking. The hotel has a main Spa on the premises & our vila had a sauna. Marc, the manager, went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. It is also very conveniently located, only 15 minutes from Dali Museum. Thank you to the whole team. We will be back soon :)

My only complains are; a couple of beds in our Vila were not comfortable but we had an extra bed & sofas that were quite comfortable. Also they needed more help at dinner time as the staff were quite stressed out.

Amazing hotel, we loved the location as a change from being in the towns for a one night. Beautifully renovated old farm house, very peaceful. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Food at the restaurant was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel and surrunding. we enjoyed the SPA and breakfast. very relaxing atmosphere. Stuff was super nice, informative and helpful. Nice activities around the hotel - we enjoyed visit to the Teatre Museo Dali in Figueres (15 min. drive) and a nice walk around the lake in Banyoles (30 min drive). However, if you need a break to do nothing for a day or two this is also a great place to just relax.

price is high but we felt it's worth the money.

Wonderful stone building in great location. The food was fantastic and combined with the spa facility and friendly staff it was a great way to end our holiday

Very friendly staff and excellent food

We were told we had exclusive use of spa for one hour but after 5 minutes we were joined by another couple without any explanation.

The location of the hotel was a bit outside the small town of Avinyonet, Spain in the Girona region. The hotel was surrounded by fields of red poppies and mustard. The hotel is an old farmstead and has character and charm. The meals were amazing.

Fantastic building and great atmosphere

There was quite a strong food smell coming from the kitchen. Didn’t reach the rooms though.

Excellent location in the middle of the countryside. Getting there in the dark is somewhat of a challenge. It is near enough to Figueres to visit this nice town and the Dali museum (Book a slot in advance!), The Mas is very nice. nice and quiet. The restaurant serves a nice meal. People are friendly. The room we had was good in size, but not one of the larger ones. The big bed was fantastic.

Nothing particular, maybe the coffee at the breakfast but will definitely return next year.

The overall quality of the hotel is fantastic. The spacious rooms, decorated with quality and taste, the spa, with the well-designed, pool and sauna, the garden area around the outdoor pool, everything sums up to a great location.

Beautiful renovation with great facilities for a small hotel. Food quality was exceptionally good.

beautiful old ‘MAs’ farmhouse which had been cleverly and beautifully turned into a boutique hotel.stunning original features and lovely modern touches. it is eco hotel and uses Lucas produce / jams /olive oil etcsome of the best food I’ve ever had in Spain - top quality , imaginative, modern Spanish food at lunch and dinner. utterly delicious - the chefs are definitely top notch. all the staff are charming and friendly and helpful and give everyone a very warm welcome.

Beautiful property in the countryside with easy access to nearby Figueres. Food was amazing, staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were comfortable with all modern conveniences. The spa facilities were available at all times and you could walk around the property seeing the home grown vegetables, almonds, olives, figs etc. which were used n cooking the excellent meals. If you want a relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle of life, this is the place to stay! Highly recommended.

The spa was amazing and the masseuse was excellent. The food was prossible the best food I've had in Spain in the 10 years. The room was luxurious and the surroundings we tranquil and beautiful.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable with good facilities. The location is quiet yet within a few miles of the motorway.The evening meal was one of the best I have had - truly delicious and good value for money. The breakfast (included in the room rate) was very good too.

Only a minor issue - I don't see why it is necessary to play background music in the restaurant but at least is was quiet!

Great location, friendly staff and awesome restaurant.The SPA access is a great plus and very enjoyable.Recommended for a weekend in the nature to relax and recharge your batteries
