Spacious rooms, although a lot of dead space that could be used better. Clean, comfortable, stylish.

I think the downside of the hotel is a breakfast. As I understand it, also from the reviews on the hotel, the breakfast quality varies depending on season or off season periods...Definitely something that could be improved.

We had a lovely stay overall. The location is great, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the lake. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience.The club territory isn’t very large, but it’s nicely organized and features a charming terrace with a stunning lake view—perfect for relaxing. That said, during the off-season when the outdoor pool is closed, there aren’t too many activities available on-site, so it’s best suited for a short weekend break rather than a longer stay.

pricing at the restaurant—while the food is very good, it is also quite expensive. Our average bill for two, including a bottle of wine, was around 500–600 lei, which felt a bit steep.

Big rooms, nice location and view by the river

We came for a long weekend. We stayed off season. On weekend it was pretty full but on the weekday we were alone at the hotel.On the last day we were short on time in order to catch the flight.The restaurant was supposed to be open at 0830 but it wasn't open on time, we had to search(!!!!) Stuff members to ask them to open it.When they finally open, no breakfast or drinks were available., we've been told that because we're the only ones there there will be no buffet but just order It took them another 15 minutes just to.take our order and after another 20 minutes(!!!!!!) We didn't get our order.We had to leave the hotel without any food or drinks and the lady at the front desk told as "we should have informed them we are leaving"... (REALLY??!!???!!)Definitely our first and LAST time at this place.

Very quiet location and amazing amenities. The pool is great and the sauna is very nice.

The pool area is below expectations for a 5 star hotel.Very slippery tiles, no pool for kids and insufficient ventilation. Overall dull atmosphere.

Everything was perfect. Nice staff, cleanless, very nice lake view!The breakfast was fabulous and varied.SPA Center has wet sauna, hot sauna, pool, fitness and a small salt room.

Location was excellent I would love to come back in the summer and experience activities on the lake. Food was also very good the ala carte menu had some great choices on it and the waiter was very helpful in helping us decide. The masseuse was top notch really felt relaxed and refreshed. It was so nice to experience such great service from everyone, which has to be said can be something of a rarity in Romania.

One of the rooms had a lingering smell when we arrived but after a while it went away. I did expect a larger spa but it was not very busy when we went so it didn't feel crowded. I imagine in the summer it would be quite packed in that space and the Gym Room was a little on the small side.

Good service, the room was spotless, very good quality food, spa amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything was fine and we were happy. I would recommend the place 100% and definitely we will go again.

Most of it. The pier sound feel “warmer”, it’s a cold building. Still, amazing property.

Truly stylish décor and amazing scenery around the property. The staff is warm and professional, and the breakfast was great.

The setting is gorgeous, beds are very comfortable, close enough to Bucharest and the airport. Lovely and helpful staff. Very clean. Absolutely amazing dinner.

Dated decor, breakfast options poor and limited, AC not working properly, not so very warm water in the hotel swimming pool.

Location was nice as always but things changed a bit.

My room, yet the same as last time was very small even if it was the "deluxe" one, when I got there to ask about that I was mostly ignored. Furthermore the breakfast was a joke compared to last time.

Staff was very helpful and rooms quite spacious. The pool in the spa area was really nice

The facilities in the hotel are good.

When using the QR code to order room service food, the menu shows only salads. The menu needs to be expanded. Having placed an order, it shouldn't take hours to receive the order. While apologies are appreciated, food sooner would be better.
