Lady at the desk was nice

Everything seams old and out dated, beds are very uncomfortable. The rooms are small, not clean, cold. Not a place I will come back with my family.

Check in quick and easy. Shower powerful. Instructions for parking etc was easy.

Slightly hard on the mattress side but it was okay for what you pay.

Nobody to receive us, then when my partner was already on the room a guy arrived and sitted on a sofa and only when I askked if he was from the Hostal he said yes and allso I had to pay 10 euros extra for the parking , nobody said anything before and also if there was wifi he didn´t said anything. I asked by message when I was in the room and nobody answered. Also there is no breakfast, the tv is a little one and overall I think they want to receive as much as in hotels not providing the same service. For 100 euros (90+10 of the parking) I´ve been at great hotels, with great service and breakfast

The receptionist did not speak english, only spanish so it was difficult to communicate with her.

room was too small to fit 4 beds, moreover was in the attic and one must crawl to get in/out of the bed - very small water heater which is good enough for 2 persons and not 4, very old AC unit which was very low efficient

friendly personal, but we couldnt reserve breakfast. Very loudy at night because a group of 40/50 young people came in, with a lot of noise. The hostel can use an update. A real good bar, carpe diem nearby, for a breakfast.

All the staff were remarkably friendly. The room was quite clean, shower gel and shampoo were available. The water heater in the bathroom worked very fast.

There was no hand soap, and you have to be careful with the water temperature because both in the shower and in the sink it rises too quickly if you are not very cautious. In addition, the bed in the room had wheels that caused us to move it unintentionally when we slept.

It was a quiet village, bus are rare like 30 mins interval. Restaurants are around the area though not much of a choice of foods. The hotel is clean outside and reception, the room looks tidy but drawers were not cleaned. There’s packets of crisps and dusty. Toilet is clean, though shower is tiny can’t complain for the price paid. There’s a small fridge but we have not used it. Large cupboards for things but hanger is fixed tend to make noise as i can hear from other room and ours so have to be slowly moving specially coming late night. The ambience of the hotel is child-friendly with drawings of animals on the wall.

First, our first room provided the toilet was broken. They changed us to another room. The air conditioner is noisy maybe a bit old. Tv is working but all in local language so did not enjoy much to use it. At least could have some translation or sub title especially on English films or movies still on local language. Hotels should have universal language for foreigners like us, English is a must for better communication. You cannot expect tourists to learn the local language for just few days stay so they must be the one to adjust. But I appreciate for those who were trying to help and guide us. Thank you! Gracias!

How it was close to the park

We were there for two nights one night with aircon another night with no aircon

Near the park.Very simple but suitable to cost.

When we come - with 2 small trolly bags - 3 hours before check in and ask to leave it in hostel and go to park.But the woman in reception didn't agree. We bag her but she told it's impossible to leave bags before check In.And it impossible to check in early. when we asked to speak with manager and she told also it's impossible.There was very appatic and lacking of care.And we need to go to Warner Park with our bags and pay for lockers.Except it when we came back from park in the evening- there was another nice lady that smiles and was very caring.

Good location, in a calm and nice town, close to Parque Warner. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. If you're traveling with your family, and planning to visit Parque Warner, this is probably the best place to stay.
