    Cons -

    • It’s a little old furnished room and utilities, can be redecorated but nothing bothered us at all, we had enjoyed our stay in a classical mountain resort
    • Check-in Experience, Pool Temperature and Overall Experience, Unsatisfactory Breakfast Quality with Stale Products (e.g., must biscuits)
    • I had the duplex unit the second floor is not easily accessible and need to be careful hitting your head

Our suite was fabulous with amazing views from our two balconies. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff was very helpful as was the porter. Location was great near Delphi and Arachova.

Turn the music down in the dining room- it's not a disco! The bed was too hard for old people.

Perched on a hill outside town, great views, amazing breakfast, comfy room

The staff were not helpful prior to arriving with a request - I had asked if it might be possible to see a show at the Delphi amphitheater, which is difficult for foreigners to find info about online in English. The building and facilities are fine but dated and could do with a refresh.

Big room, marble restroom, clean, beautiful view of the mountains.

After a long, hot day exploring the Delphi archaeological site with my two small daughters, we were really looking forward to a quick swim before the pool closed at 9:00 pm. At around 8:00 pm, I called the front desk to ask for the location of the pool and its hours. The male staff member who answered told me to stop by the front desk and he would guide me from there — which I did. When we arrived, he gave us directions to the pool but did not mention towels or offer any. We made our way through a maze of stairs and hallways, only to find there were no towels at the pool. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk to ask for them.At that point, the same staff member told me, somewhat abruptly, that towels cost 3€ each. When I clarified that I wasn’t part of a group tour and was just staying with my family, he changed his response and said there would be no charge, then handed me the towels.I asked why he hadn’t given me the towels earlier when I stopped by, and he replied — in a very dismissive and rude tone — that I should have known to ask, because they give guests instructions about towels at check-in. However, this was simply not true. The woman who checked me in only mentioned that pool towels would be provided — she didn’t say where or how to get them, and certainly didn’t mention a fee. This entire exchange felt unnecessarily unpleasant and condescending. A bit more clarity, communication, and basic courtesy would have made all the difference. Sadly, this experience left a negative impression at the end of what should have been a relaxing evening for my family.

The view, cleanliness and really good water pressure, we got an upgrade

It feels outdated. The quality of the produce at breakfast is mediocre

The indoor pool is not climatized, so the water was cold and difficult to enjoy. Otherwise, nice place in a wonderful location overlooking the valley. It focuses on skiing so little (local) info for hiking.

The old wing rooms need to be refurbished

“Pleasant stay, but disappointed with the pool”I recently stayed at Anemolia Mountain Resort and overall had a good experience. The hotel is in a beautiful location, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. However, one of the main reasons I booked this accommodation was the heated pool, which unfortunately did not have warm water during my stay. This was quite disappointing, as it was advertised as a heated pool and influenced my decision to book.Aside from this, the rest of the facilities were nice, and I appreciated the hospitality. I hope this issue gets addressed for future guests.

The view from the bedroom window. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

You could smell the pools chlorine from the doorstep of bedroom which was nauseating. They should stop using chlorine instead use natural alternatives it really was overbearing.

Perfect place to stay . Near the city center and perfect hotel to stay for a ski vacation. Large comfortable rooms very beautiful atmosphere at the open spaces very worn and cozy. The service was excellent very worm people, care and aware of the guests needs.

Very nice hotel, great location, nice room, beautiful view. Decent pool. Breakfast was pretty good, nice choice for everyone.

Sound proof isolation is really bad. We could hear people from our room all the time, not only in the corridor, but also in their own rooms.

    Location, shuttle service

Unfriendly staff at the reception and the area of breakfastNo possibility for early breakfast for people who like to be early in the slopes and enjoy the nature Bathroom was not renovated (aged since 80’s)Extremely noisy (especially in the afternoon hours) when you like to rest after skiing

Great location, close to Delphi and Arachova; lovely views over the Delph valley.

Breakfast was pretty average and the hotel was tired with very plain rooms and some broken furniture. The views from the balcony made up for it.

    Outdated , and noisy

    5VasilikiPosted on: 1-23-2025

Location, room view, parking and breakfast were satisfactory.

Interior of standard rooms is dated. Especially bathroom which also were not sufficiently cleaned. Not sufficient lighting in the room. Uncomfortable double bed (2 single beds next to each other, moving apart during the night). Acoustics not good. Noise from people in the corridors and rooms above, especially while cleaning (moving furniture).

This is the 3rd time I stayed at Domotel and the hotel exceeded my expectations. First of all, the staff is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to help the customer, which is rare in other places. The breakfast, the common areas, the restaurant, the pool, and the playroom are super friendly with families with children. The suites are exceptional with fire place, and the room is significantly good compared to the prices. I highly recommend this hotel.
