Staff and breakfast were great.

Somewhat removed but very nice.

Location and structure. The common areas are spacious and inviting

I would have liked more fruit even red for breakfast.

We were just there in the off season and had a great visit. Would love to return during the ski season. The place is gorgeous and very clean. The person at the time working with us was Nick and he took great care of us. We really enjoyed our visit.

Poor location. It is not a resort- it is asmaal hotel. No open space at all. Nothing interesting sorrounding the hotel.

The spa was a disaster . Pool water at 27 c . Unpainted spa area. TV not working in the room. Breakfast far below average . In fact unacceptable . Gym was a joke . Just done to get the 5 star rating . Same as Spa.

I did not like breakfast , service , spa , gym.

The place was clean and the facilities are overall new. Staff was eager to help.

1. The price cannot be well justified by the facilities or the services offered. Clearly overpriced.2. On both breakfasts we had food that was lukewarm. Not any fried eggs were left when we got served from the buffet. That is on both occasions.3. Staff did not wear masks appropriately. Either the masks were down of halfways down. 4. Staff did not enforce the requirement for all to wear mask in the common areas. There were several customers who served themselves from the buffet wearing no masks or gloves in the presence of staff.5. AC broke down one night and we were given a portable heater. After a few hours they were able to restore the damage but room remained somehow cold.6. Although there was plenty of snowfall there was no effort made to clean up the driveway that has a rather steep driveway. This was a potential hazard to the residents when trying to go in or out of the hotel premises.7. The eating area although it had two nice fireplaces those were never lit making it a little chilly during breakfast. It would have been a lot more cozy if those fireplaces were lit especially when weather was so cold (temperatures were at or below freezing outside).

Comfortable, furnished with taste and very nice welcome. Very good breakfast.

The restaurant/bar area was closed. The hotel will be excellent once amenities have re-opened.
