Located on the side of the motorway

Breakfast was disappointing. By the time we got there at 8.00am the dishes were empty, even the toast bread had all gone

Checkin was long as there was one employee for the hotel and the shop (it´s on a highway rest area).The room isn´t fancy but the bed is good and the bathroom clean.

Ideal easy motorway stop overnight, but does mean returning North a short distance if travelling South! On site restaurant good quality, but as used to fast service, needs to slow down!

Conveniently located next to motorway although no means to cross so had to turn back at the next exit. Check-in went smoothly.

Shabby small rooms, aircon/heating didn't work. Noisy. No means to get to the chargers from the hotel parking.

Perfect stop over next to the motorway. Rooms were so quiet. Very comfy beds.

The restaurant attached was basic but okay. Waitress was very grumpy and impatient wanting our orders.Breakfast had a good selection but at 7am things were running out and not replaced at all.

The staff were very friendly and let us put cheese we had bought in their fridge. I was worried that you would be able to hear the autoroute traffic but nothing, you would have no idea it was on the autoroute. We also didn't need to open the windows at 34°c outside.

Very bad hotel, dirty bathroom, lousy wifi internet and small TV like portable from 80s...bad accomodation for 80+ EUROS

Basically the attached services to the hotel. The gentleman’s toilets were out of order in most urinals and lots of water over the floor. Plus the toilets were dirty and it looked like the had not been cleaned the following morning by 08:30. Floor in the eating part of the services had been cleaned but there was still food debris in the grouting between the floor tiles.

despite an extremely busy hotel,restaurant,bars my room was really soundproof and I could sleep like a baby, just as I wanted as I was really tired and needed a break from driving on a long road trip.The room was great, clean and stilish, just a bit pricey.The location ,too was great ,near the motorway and with a pond full of frogs , it was a cute spot.Inside there were a lot of facilities: a restaurant, a bar, a shop.

as the room was quite pricey they could have included at least a kettle and some snack (such as an invidually wrapped biscuit) and some tea bags.These cost very little and they elevate the quality of the impression of the room as people can have a cup of tea in their own room .Yes, there was a bar,a shop and a restaurant within the hotel.However the staff that was managing the hotel reception was also managing the bar and the shop and the queue was extremely long.If you had to check in or check out , or pay for 1 tea/coffee o buy a bottle of water you all had to be in the very long queue so having the chance to make a cup of tea in the room would have saved all this hassle and made a good impression

Pet friendly hotel but pets not allowed in general area

I paid for breakfast but we left earlier than 6am due to our ferry being changed at Venice.

Restaurant attitude was appalling . The wine list had NO WHITE WINE IN STICK . ONLY THE TWO MOST EXPENDIVE RED WINES WERE AVAILABLE . I OFFERED TO PAY CORKAGE ON MY OWN WHITE WINE . Aggressively told this wasn't allowed . Made to feel like a criminal . Had to settle on a bottle of ROSE WINE !!!Not acceptable way to treat guesses

The location was convenient, although finding the parking was a bit tricky. The restaurant and services were great. The customer service was fine.

The room was SO unclean. The toilet was unclean, the push button flush for the toilet was unclean. The shower head was black. The sealant was unclean. There was dust everywhere. The bedding was luckily absolutely fine. The temperature was way too high with the thermostat broke so I could not control this apart from opening the window, which lead to a noisy and smelly night with traffic fumes.
