    Pros +

    • Clean and good breakfast
    • The best part of hotel is the spa and waterpark, and while the hotel itself has definitive flaws, spa and waterpark easily make it worth to visit, if you value those things. Also the "flaws" are nothing horrible, just a bit subpar, but totally ok.Admission to spa is usually included and for waterpark you need to pay separately, but its very cheap for hotel guests (we payed 35 € extra for a whole long weekend for waterpark access, for 2 adults and 1 kid). Spa has like million different kinds of saunas, few different pools, jacuzzis and all that stuff. Waterpark has several slides. Most interesting activities there require kids to be at least 120cm high, though.
    • Good location, beach is nearby. Nice breakfast, a lot of vegetables, meat, cheese, oat porridge and all regular food, what we really enjoyed was cottage cheese pancakes. SPA was just ok. Hotel room also just ok, a bit old fashioned.

    Cons -

    • No hot water jug in the room no tea or coffee in the room
    • Hotel and rooms are nothing special and could clearly be better. Breakfast is OK; you probablt wont be hungry, but somehow nothing special and feels like it lacks diversity. Basic. Also, its far away from centre of Tallinn, you would need to use a car or taxi if you dont want to stay in the hotel all the time. That's ok, just beware of this.
    • There was nothing wrong with hotel, only feeling that it is a bit old. Rooms especially.

About hotel room: Small fridge, hairdryer works good, warm room.About spa(not spa 18+): has children room, lot of different rooms and even one with sauna master show. Near pool is a fishing aquarium.

About hotel room: Noisy room (very well can hear neighbors), had a nice painting on wall, but on top side it had a lot of dust, shower when used was leaking. No extra things in room, like hair protector for shower, no tooth brushes and tooth paste, no extra soaps(only liquid on wall), no shoe cleaner, no slippers, no tea bags and possibility to boil water. Night robes in bad condition.About spa(not spa 18+): hot tubs lower than 37 degrees, more like 34. Between spa rooms and pools lot of water on floor, didn't saw anyone cleaning it.

Gorgeous spa. The hotel spa and the spa18+ area were brilliant!

The rooms were very basic especially in comparison to how lovely the spa facilities were and the hotel reception etc. also the breakfast was minimal but still nice

    7JoaquinPosted on: 3-10-2025

Fast pre-check-in, parking, compliance with all the needs as requested, and the gentleman at the reception who was very helpful around 22:30 when we arrived. Parking all around the facility, direct spa access.

the reception people during the day, not really very engaging, the breakfast was poor quality, no proper eggs, just some fake scrambled eggs, the bread quality bad but still good enough. Spa area slipery and poorly maintained, no one cleaning after guests, was missing some hot tub more than 34 degrees, adult spa upon extra charge. Elevators very slow and not efficient, too long waiting.

    Spa

Old room, not working nightlights, not comfortable shower (water leaking out).

    7KatjaPosted on: 2-10-2025

Really nice day there, also good breakfast and everything was clean.

Too many people for a small spa, too loud.

    10OsmanyPosted on: 1-30-2025

Only one thing was missing in the room, the air conditioning. The pool and spa were excellent. The breakfast was good, and the staff was warm and friendly. I hope to come back soon

    9PāvelsPosted on: 1-20-2025

Wide range of different saunas. Kino and restaurant right in the building. Nice breakfast.

Overpriced (190 euro per night for 2 adults and 3 years old child). Especially considering quality of rooms and the fact that spa requires some restorations.

    7KatrīnaPosted on: 1-15-2025

    Location, brekfast was good.

In the room was smell like in a hospital. And the price for one room was way too expensive. There wasnt even a slippers, shampo, bed was really uncomfortable. And needod to pay extra for +18 spa and waterpark…

    Disappointing

The answer was there is possible to wisit part of spa where is not small children if i Pay more money, what is this??? I am adult!!! In my opinium Children need pay more money if wisit spa 18+

    4DacePosted on: 1-5-2025

    Location, Wide SPA facilities

The messages they were sending prior our arriving were all in Estonian!? They must know that we have booked from abroad. The towels provided in room were also for the pool & SPA. So, if you are using pool or SPA in the evening you have your vet towels also for the morning swim in the pool. Slippers you have to buy from the reception!!! The food in breakfast was cool not hot…

    9MarinaPosted on: 12-31-2024

I liked that we could stay with the dog. The room didn’t have carpeting, so it wasn’t too hot for the dog.

    10LudmilaPosted on: 12-27-2024

room was very warmspa zone is excellent - many kinds of saunasbreakfast standard - all in all was very acceptablebig swimming pool

    8TatjanaPosted on: 12-24-2024

Friendly administrators at the reception desk!!Good breakfast and restaraunt!

However, the room was very dirty. As we were traveling with our dog, for the first time, we ended up in a room that smelled so strongly of cat urine that it was impossible to sleep. My son stayed in the neighboring room, which had no pets, yet the smell was present there as well. The jacuzzi and the pool in the spa area were dirty.

Everything was perfect until we meet the personal who try to scam us telling that we must to pay a tax because we somke in the room and this didn t happened! They have a very bad attitude!

    The personal very bad!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were consistently helpful and polite, providing clear communication that made it easy to understand all the important details about our visit. We requested an extra bed for our 5-year-old, and it was perfectly set up, complete with mini spa equipment (a robe and slippers), which was such a thoughtful touch! Everything felt well-prepared and welcoming. One thing to note - this might be on me for not researching thoroughly beforehand - is that we only discovered upon arrival that waterpark access is unlimited once purchased. This means if you’re staying for a week, a single payment grants you access to the spa and waterpark for the entire stay and unlimited use. When I reviewed the website beforehand, it seemed like the waterpark might be completely separate, and I found it slightly confusing to figure out how will it all work. However, it’s worth mentioning that the waterpark is conveniently connected to the hotel, allowing you to move easily back and forth through the spa area.A particularly convenient feature was the checkout +3 hours policy. You can check out of the hotel but still use the waterpark for an additional three hours. This let us have relaxed morning - we were able to enjoy breakfast, pack up, and check out at a leisurely pace, then spend some extra time at the spa and waterpark before leaving.Even though we only stayed for one night, we managed to visit the spa and waterpark three times, which made it feel like a fantastic value for money! The pub was great, but the advice to book in advance makes a lot of sense! It fills up quickly, especially on weekends. If you're visiting with kids, be sure to reserve a table on the second floor, as that's where the playroom is located. This way, you can stay nearby while the kids play.

While staying here, we found it a bit overwhelming that russian seemed to be the default, first choice of language spoken by most of the staff - whether at the restaurant, front desk, or breakfast area. While having bilingual personnel is certainly positive and allows to cater wider range of needs, the experience felt somewhat like being in a "Little Moscow."We're foreigners with English as our first language, and this isn’t a political comment but I did not really get why would we be constantly approached in russian at first. It felt a bit unusual for us, and I imagine it might feel even stranger for locals who have stronger feelings about this. Not a big issue, as we always prepare for this , but just note that if you prefer not to drink tap water, be sure to bring your own beverages, as no complimentary water is provided, even upon arrival.

Waterpark ans Spa was great! We enjoyed that part of the stay

    Rooms were a bit old

The room was spotlessly clean, the spa and waterpark was fun and the breakfast had a nice variation of edibles.
