Pros +
- could have been a special visit but spoiled by the lack of ambience and staff warmth
- Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Good location for our trip. Restuarant unfortunately closed and bar closes at 8pm so had to eat elsewhere. The Manager and Reception staff went out of their way to help with our needs and arranging medical help which was required. Breakfast was Typical Italian continental. Good coffee. no Tea/coffee facilities in room as per most Italian hotels.
- Spacious rooms, beautiful hotel, super nice pool, and welcoming personnel!
Cons -
- terrible service, made to feel awkward from the start, one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel/a cold and unfriendly atmosphere,we felt uncomfortable
