Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Clean rooms.

Hard to get heated water... specially in Winter time.The view isn't the best if you're on a ground floor room, facing the highway.

Breakfast was wonderful, but the most essential excellence of this hotel is the FREE charging station for your electric car. At the hotel's charging station, you can charge a car with AC power for free or with Gofast DC power.

Everything was OK, especially the hotel price.

only location, good to stay on the night between Zurich and Geneva

rooms are old and not clean. very cold, some devices are not working and hotel provide replacements with cheap and unsafe analogues. walls are very thin -- you hear everything that is done in the room nearby. even creating new life.

No Air Con in Rooms which was not nice in 35 degree heat. There is a swimming pool but it is out of action and not used which is a shame.There was an infestation of Maggots/Caterpillars at the from entrance (3 different staff notified but did not seam to care)

Very large room, good location

Too noisy: the noise protection wall by the motorway directly outside the motel is interrupted/incomplete, so it's too noisy all night when you open the window. The room is too warm and has no aircon or temperature adjustment, so you need to open the windows to be able to breathe and get disturbed by the traffic noise.

The room was a good size.

The bed/pillows were not comfortable, the "air conditioning" was a desk fan that was unbelievably loud and the staff member charged me on arrival even though the room had already been paid for.Also the room is very dated and could do with updating. The location is also just on the side of a motor way the nearest shop is 1.5km away which is ok if you have a car.

The parking place was very close to the hotel entrance. Quiet place.

The infrastructure of the hotel is very old, it looked used ages. The cleaning was not good on WC. The room had only a Swiss type of electro socket, and the adaptor was not provided after request.

Old and not so clean. Expensive for the been almost dilapidated. Outside is not that bad...but once you enter... the bed is older than I am..Like the rest...
