Friendly and observant staff. Very good location, you can park your car and reach Sintra by bus very easily.

Upon arraival we where upgraded to a room with a balcony without any charge.

Beautiful building close to Colares. Friendly, helpful staff.

Lacking some expected amenities. The family bunk room was very small and had no kettle/coffee facilities or even glasses in the bathroom for drinking water. Great pressure from the shower head but shower pan was warped and slippery. The garden was lovely but in need of relatora to the water fountain and reservoir.

The stuff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Recommendation is to have a own car.

- great, helpful and friendly staff- breakfast was good, although with smaller range of products, but we had everything we wanted- beds were comfortable enough - good restaurant only 5 minutes by car from the hotel

- location was out of town, but we knew it as we booked the hotel- the building was old, the smell was not the best in the hallway, not enough sockets, one them was broken - it was not the best hotel we had, but for one night it was totally fine

Good choice if you want to visit Sintra or nearby area. Kind receptionists and satisfying breakfast.

The location outside of Lisbon was lovely and quiet and the train connection to Lisbon only a short drive. The staff were very helpful with information on local and Lisbon sites.

Accommodation in a beautiful location. All clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised and definitely recommend this accommodation. Really romantic accommodation where you will find peace after a busy tourist day. The breakfast was absolutely satisfactory.

Being cancelled, the alternative arrangements offer were to suitable, although the re-imbursment was quick and we found somewhere else to stay.

we must signed a document to respect silence and the tranquility of all guests, but is the hotel don't respected the rules, maintenance and services came after 21h to collect towels and etc in front of hotel.....driver listing music soo louder everyone understands.....wc in rooms we can find a lot of things from previous guests including clothes

We loved the breakfast! The small treat for my daughter was really nice.

The room is really really small for 4 people.
