Hyatt House Gebze

excellent clean spacious room

some stirred fried vegetables in breakfast

My room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-stocked. The breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect.

My only issue was that my credit card was charged twice, first by booking and then by the hotel directly. When I brought it to their attention a couple of days later the staff apologized and said that the money would be refunded to my card, but that it would take about 2 weeks. That seems like a long time to process a refund for a mistake made on their end.

Clean and very beautiful hotel with pleasant staff that make your every day special. They help you any need and make sure that your stay is enjoyable.

For the second time here, we found the same modern, clean, and elegant hotel. Big parking lot near the hotel as well as an underground garage. Right near the hotel is a big mall.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, value for money. Thank you Mehmet bey for the arrival welcome

Nothing. All was good

The location is perfect, very close to Tubitak and the mall. The hotel is also in great shape

Everything was a 10. From the location, parking, check-in/check-out, room

The room was super spacious with nice view

Although the break fast was nice, the other hotels in Turkey offer better breakfast

I booked the studio room with a kitchen. View from the balcony to the sea bay and warehouses ?Large balcony where you can smoke with pleasure. There is also in the room the set of coffee, tea and sugar. Every day they bring two bottles of water.Spacious room. Clean. There are all the necessary utensils for cooking. Cool mattress and pillows. Breakfast is modest but hearty. Buffet. Good coffee machine. Excellent location when you travelling for business needs - next to the Gebze shopping center where there are many stores and also across the road there are good vegetable stores.

I checked-in in at night. I was tired but they didn't show me to my room. It was an unpleasant shock. During checking out, I was waiting when the new guests to be registered but the second receptionist went to smoke although he saw that I was waiting for them to take my keys. Thus, there is no attention to the guests, especially if it is a woman without a man.

Everything was perfect, room size, cleanliness , amenities, breakfast. Value for money hotel.

Nice apartment, good restaurant, and the breakfast choice is good

Having returned from a road trip through Turkey, we only spent one night at Hyatt House Gebze, before our flight back home from Istanbul. We liked the modern look and feel, with large spaces in both common areas as well as in the room. You get free parking, close proximity the local mall, close to the airport. Great value for money.

It is modern, spacious, clean and cool hotel!

Convenient for parking breakfast very good

To expensive

it is the third time we came here, only one night transit to Antalya. perfect good night sleep, rich breakfast

for breakfast they don't offer turkish coffee, it must be paid. kind of pricy. 110 ytl for one small turkish coffee. 220 if you want a double.

I had an excellent experience at Hyatt House Gebze. The staff were outstanding—helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city and surrounding areas. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. Highly recommended!

Memet and his colleagues at the reception and Ugur and his staff at the bar/restaurant were very, very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys!

Everything' about it. Modern, very clean , big rooms, fully equipped

Nothing I could complain about

Everything was fine, from the very comfortable beds to breakfast and the restaurant. The view from 12 floor was great. They also have a guarded parking lot with CCTV system and an entertainment room with pool table, PlayStation and board games. I would definitely book again without hesitation.

The place looks great with new and functional amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the room size is very good for a family with children. Although they have an a la carts restaurant and also very good breakfast, they also have a kitchenette in the room with everything you need in case you want to prepare something for your children. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. It is a great place to stay. Also, the view is very nice from top floors.

There’s nothing not to like.
