Ramada Encore by Wyndham Gebze

Nice location and big underground parking

The smell of cigarettes. It was everywhere around you. We booked non smoking, however the room was equipped with ashtray and the smell was everywhere. They offered us another room but again the smell was everywhere around. The breakfast was moderate and not a lot of choice

Very good location and reasonable cost. We came by big group at 7am (!) after very long flight and hotel manager provided early check-in for all 8 rooms, did some room upgrade, invited to breakfast for free of any charges!

Amazing and friendly staff.

Busy location, very noisy room. The bathroom was also a bit smelly from the siphon. A person from the staff mistakenly entered my room randomly, best to always double check the guest list next time!

Thank you so much to all the staff specially to Mr. Eray, Mr. Ataken and Ms. Ipek. They are all accommodating and very helpful. Room is spacious and very clean and also location is very good. Definitely i will comeback again to stay in this hotel.

I really Like the staff who checked us in. All the front office stuff was friendly. The parking was available during the stay which is big Plus.

It's unworthy and terrible！！！！！

There are a strange smell，seems very unclean，feeling bad，no heating，feel very cold in the midnight！！！！The water for bathing takes a long time to warm up！！！！！！It was a very bad experience！！！！！！

Generally all very good - a quiet hotel in a noisy town! Good central location.

Parking was difficult

Room is spacious and very clean. I have been staying in this hotel for quite number of times. The person in change/Reception were very friendly and helpfull. Its near to few restaurant and sundry Shop.

Internet speed was too slow. Impossible to work from hotel room despite full reception.

I like the room very much, it was spacious and very clean. The manager has allow me for late check out without extra charges. It’s was very kind of him. I will definitely still in this hotel in my next trip to gebze. All staff especially at reception were very friendly and helpful. Tqsm and really recommend all to stay in this hotel.

rooms were OK

Lack of basic english knowledge caused all kinds of communnication issues. They were not even able to give me an invoice !

breakfast is the same everyday , no new dishes no improvements

they charge 75 TL if you fail to giveback room key upon checking out. They did not say such information when checking in!!!

very friendly and helpful Receptionists above all Mr. Eray and the blond Lady ! rooms very clean and huge ! location with many good restaurants and shopping possibilities !

Great location, next to mall. Clean. Good staff.

very good staff in reception and restaurant.

food was excellent and good value.

Modern furniture

Valley park. Parking is hard to reach and Valle was rude. Cleaning person was looking inside my toiletries.

excellent location walking distance to shop and restaurant, lovely boutique hotel.

All was perfectly :) ! Super reception by the General Hotel manager. Thank you for the free room upgrade. Breakfast/dinner were very good. Location close to the center, Gebze shopping center directly across the street - it fit!

There was nothing to complain !

Location, staff politeness, breakfast not as good as I used to im Turkey, but ok

Toilet furniture and door are old and need renovation.

Room was super nice and super clean. Staff simply awesome!! So welcoming, nice, kind, helpful!! Check-in/out very easy and quick. Hotel is very comfortable and modern.

Nothing to be reported!
