Sea View Resorts & Spa

Staff was very welcoming and very helpful in answering our questions. The view was spectacular! Loved staying so close to such a beautiful beach.

Perhaps some updates on bathroom shower. Other than that it was perfect

Great location in Karfas. We had a lively view of the bay. Our son loved the pool. Good parking space. Nicely sized studios.

We got a smoking room the first night (which they said didn't exist) with a shower with no door or curtain on it. We couldn't change that night, but luckily we got a slightly better room the day after. The breakfast wasn't good. All in all, the resort needs upgrading. It was okay for the price and worth for the location, but it could be improved.

The location of the hotel, the view and the nature are wonderful.

However, I cannot say the same for the cleanliness and room facilities. The bedroom smelled very bad and the pillow was full of hair. Hot water came 20 minutes after turning on the water. There was smoke coming out of the hair dryer, we could not use it out of fear. When I called the reception for this, they did not answer. One of the blinds was broken. I would never choose it again.

It is very near to Karfas beach. The croissants at the breakfast were very delicious. The staff was friendly . The paintings on the wall was very beautiful. The sea view was great.

We enjoyed the swimming pool and the view from the room. The all you can eat breakfast was also good.

The internet was really slowThere was not a good coffee to drink at the breakfast. Only instant coffee.

Beautiful resort next to Karfas beach (2 min. walk). Spacious, comfortable room, large balcony, daily cleaning, rich breakfast, parking underneath the studios of each building, small swimming pool.

The swimming pool needed to be cleaner and most important, the Wi-Fi was not functioning properly.

The location is great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent.

All facilities appear dated, however above all the hotel organises almost daily children birthday at and around the pool area making it impossible for guests to use the pool. The pool hours are also very restricted limiting the use additionally.

Location and pretty place to stay with family

The sea is only 1 minutes by walk. family friendly . This is my fourth visit to Chios, and this is the most beautiful, family friendly hotel. the breakfast is fantastic. staff is helpfull. rooms are very wide, even you can cook if you want in the room. very near to sea and food places.

The only thing is you have to walk somehow uphill for 1 minutes.

Location is good easy access to all island!

telefon was not working in the room even making complain, not a solution! One of the front desk Lady was extremely unpolite! Other two was good and helpful. We have not got any shampoo in the room or enough towels, not only one day each day we stayed! We had to take them from reception! The reception is about 5 min walking distance. I cannot believe they got stars for this hotel correctly. Awful experience for holidays! Sorry but this is almost the worst hotel staff and conditions i stayed all over the world.

Poor Wi-Fi. We couldn’t connect to the internet. Our third visit at the hotel but not the best room, needs to be cared (a bit old).

Receptionist decided all what we asked,also ordered for our little girl birthday cake. The stuff was very helpful, always smile and welcoming.

It would be good if at all rooms hotel added coffee and tea

How close it was to the beach

The cleanliness was t good at all…. Only was good when the older woman cleaned she was great

Location is good. The beach is fair

1. They first put me to a room with no view of the sea although my booking was for a room with seaview. The room was really dark. I went to lobby to ask for change. They said they could suggest another one and that was my only change. It was not like it seemed in the pictures but it was good enough. I switched to that 3-102. No wif-fi in the 1st day. There was a technical problem and I did bot have wi-fi in the room on the 1st day. The 2nd day it was fixed but then the security levels were very low, I could not use it on my laptop 2-103. The phone would not work. I had to go to the reception to tell something 1-104. The breakfast was teally too mediocre. Being in greece but being served that kind of quality suprised me. The presentation of the buffet was also very out of date- empty plastic displays, eggs bumped into one spot 1-104. The furnitures are very old5. The bathrooms are with bathtubes and plastic curtains!so 20th century

The location, breakfast and the pool was a delight. Also being able to stay away from other rooms was nice in the sense of silence. And if you have a car being able to park in the basement under a shadowed/cool place is priceless in this hot weather

A little renovation might be nice, also some amenities were missing in our room, compared to what was advertised. We didnt need them so it wasn’t a problem for us.
