The breakfast had a great variety, service was excellent and the apartments are very spacious.

A good range of foods for breakfast. Nice swimming pools. Cleanliness in the common parts. Quiet location and a short walk to the beach. A very spacious suite. Friendly staff.

Cleanliness of the room. Stains on cushions and bed coverings. Dirty kitchen cupboard doors and room doors. No surfaces wiped down in a week, including tables and kitchen worktops and hob (and no cloths provided), balcony covered in soil but not swept. Room in need of renovation. Sofa ripped!

We had a wonderful stay our room was beautiful as we were celebrating our Anniversary.

The music at night was not to our taste. The hotel was a little bit further out than we would have liked from the centre.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! It was very pleasant and quiet hotel with a great outdoor area, that includes a pool. It is kids friendly and my daughter loved and enjoyed it there. The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming towards us! Overly a fantastic place that I would fully recommend staying at!

Really positive things: breakfast selection, swimming pool area, helpful staff, size of room, free parking.Hotel itself is nice and worth of 4 stars, just as seen in the pictures that it's not the newest building, but otherwise totally worth it. Location is close to the beach and the city of Portimao.

Rooms are not very soundproof, so was waking up early in the morning, when somebody was moving or talking in the hallway.

Perfect localization, incredibly kind staff amd amazing swimming pool area. Small concerts in the evenings near hotel lobby are great!

Hotel should be renovated a little but still I experienced great time there!

The Wi-Fi needs improving

19/26-Apr-2024 - Spacious junior suite with sufficient chairs, spacious balcony from where the ocean was visible, proper breakfast, good public parking, quiet area, close to the ocean (15 min's walk) and surrounded by some waste land. Kitchenette equipped sufficiently (one big and one small cooking plate), allowing to cook a simple meal when tempted by the rich choice of meat and fresh fish in the bigger supermarkets. We can recommend the “big” Intermarché at Alvor which is easier accessible than the centre of Portimão. Our daughter of 13 liked the indoor swimming pool; The outside pool was a bit too cold in April.

Unfortunately an unpleasant smell was coming from somewhere behind the refrigerator (room 508). Was it an unclosed tube of the sewer system? With an outside day temperature of 25°C and the balcony door open it was bearable for a week's stay. The shower is located inside the bathtub as per standard of the previous millennium, which is not handy (but I understand that renovation is expensive), but the rest of the bathroom is spacious and beautifully decorated with marble and tiles ... and without unpleasant smells. Though the suite is well decorated and illuminated, the closet is a bit small, with too little clothes hangers. A few hooks on the wall could compensate for this.

The location and staff where great. Rooms very spacious.

The wifi was absolutely dreadful and there where no sockets near the beds they where in really random locations.

Wifi in the room didn't work well, staff were friendly but not very attentive (they asked for swimming caps already paid for previously)

Breakfast exceeds expextations, there is everything you can think of, including healthy food. Balcon view was on the garden with birds and even a rabbit and a sea - perfect. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Room was spacious, we had a bath and a kitchen with all facilities to cook comfortably. Indoor pool is great for windy weather. You need a shower cap to use it, but staff can provide it. We enjoyed our stay fully, very beautiful place and perfect hotel!

Room was large and comfortable, a little dated but very clean. Nice bar area, lovely pool and outside spaces and the staff were terrific.

Breakfast was just okay. Scrambled eggs cold and rubbery and need to serve better quality coffee.Air conditioner in room was poor, had to sleep with window open

Staff are so friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. This is our 2nd year staying here, it is perfect for our needs.

Great breakfast options, with a clean room and friendly staff. Everything was as I hoped.

The breakfast and the dinner buffet were outstandig with superbe quality and very tasty food thanks to the chef Anna. Our junior suite was very spacious and functional. The balcony had a nice panaramic see view.

The building starts to become a little bit old. The rooms might need a little bit of refurbishing and all the towels were changed every day, which was not necessary. It is not eco-friendly.
