Location

Rooms need an update. Hot water does not last long. Charges for a safe in the room. Towels in the room change. Only 2x per week.

So close to everything.lovely staff very clean.

The pool was probably the only good part of the hotel

Breakfast was very limited ( white bread, dry croissants, scrambled eggs and horrible bacon, choice of tea or coffee) very depressing with staff over worked that had no patience The room was dated with nothing to offerEmpty fridge, no water to buy in the room or complimentary Air con very bad conditionBathrooms we were lucky to have towels, no shower gel or any other toiletriesNo double bed and uncomfortable beds The hotel needs a good management that cares about people to run a good business

Not much that I liked about the property

They put us in a room that had dirty towels hot water run out twice we complained but it still wasn’t fixed. We had to have a speedy bath so the water doesn’t finish. , once my wife had a shower in another room , Breakfast was very bland not much selection , there was no Internet for 24 hours , no shower gel or shampoo in the room , we had to buy our own , they charged us to use a safe in our room

The location was very good.

We were not happy with the air conditioning. The room was very warm.

The bathroom and rooms were extremely dirty. Never seen anything like it. Old and requires refurbishment. Poor choice of breakfast options. Wouldn't go back or recommend

The location is superb The pool area ia niceThe ground floor and reception entrance is nice too The staff was friendly in reception. The breakfast was basic and what we needed really, but could have more options.

The facilities are outdated. If the hotel does a bit of a refurb it has so much more potential. The housekeepers came late like 4pm to clean the room, actually just changed the towels. The location is great but no double glazed windows, so we could hear the cars passing by

The pool was good, and although the breakfast was limited, it was still enough, all the basics. Nice staff, friendly, and fairly priced food options. A clean bed is very warmly welcomed, and they cleaned the room every day of our stay.

Unfortunately the interior design was a bit out of date, typical 1980s lobby, with so much granite and vinyl sofa.

the location was fantastic! proximity to the beach and the restaurants

the beach access was closed for the week during afro nation festival and that was not advertised. there was one staff member that was incredibly rude to our group of three but everyone else was exceptionally nice and accommodating

The location was superb. A way directly on to the promenade from the hotel. A beautiful pool. The staff were professional and helpful. We had a partial sea view which was nice. Lots of great restaurants around. Parking on the street across the hotel. Breakfast was decent.

The breakfast was chaotic. About 50 school kids had turned the bfast area into a noisy cafeteria. Food kept running out and had to wait for refilling. Maintenance could improve. .

Really quiet, comfortable and not crowded - beautiful swimming pool area and location is excellent.

Disappointing

No bar or restaurant, the room smelt horrid, no lighting in corridor, no ventilation in bathroom and the beds were hard and lumpy.

Loved location so close to so many restaurants and beach right at the back of the hotel just perfect location , breakfast is good with a choice of small hot food or cold meats and pastry

Little bit dated slightly run down looking in bathroom could really do with a refresh fine for what you needed . For the money paid it's exactly what you expect

Swimming pool is great, plenty sunbeds, quiet and very clean.Location is excellent.

The bar and food was OK.Breakfast had very little choice, but what was available was good.

No one stopping people leaving towels on empty Sunbeds all day. Not enough variety for breakfast.
