So if you're an early riser forget about getting anything until 0730. Pretty basic offering in most hotels these days. Feels more like a time share then a high end hotel to me. No dedicated beach offerings, casitas of chairs or such. I was of the impression there was. Parking of 3 spaces makes it tough if you have a car. Staff on the whole were friendly and accommodating.

Beach was full of weeds and should have been swept about smelled quite bad. Could stay down at the beach.

the mattress lumpy and the pillows nees replacing,also my wife is gluten free and the staff didnt know anything about the allergens in the food so it was a struggle for her to keep asking and having the run back and forth to find out. The food on the counter not very warm,needs to be hot,especially breakfast!
Great location, beautiful view, quiet and close to the beach.
Dinner was not good, food was always cold. No coffee available in the morning until after 0730. You get 1 pool/beach towel per day and cannot exchange it for another one until the following day. The balcony view from the room was ruined by a dingy plastic roof covered entirely in bird excrement. You cannot get a meal from the dining room and bring it back to your room, the staff was very rude when we attempted to have a relaxing dinner on our balcony.

The shower wasn't that good - weak water flow. A lot of the pool chairs were a bit broken or had pigeon poop on them and weren't clean for 4 days.
Beautiful hotel, very kind and helpful staff, plentiful and delicious breakfast! The view from the room was stunning! I highly recommend it!
