Room412c has a million dollar view. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from the balcony！ does not get any better!

The location was directly across from a beautiful beach. The staff was super helpful and nice. Our bed was very comfortable and the place is very well kept up

There were a lot of tour groups there. They only offer a buffet dinner

Location, cleanliness

-Very rude staff! Extremely incompetent and lack knowledge of how to treat guests and customers.They think they can talk to guests in the way they wish, lacking professionalism and expertise! I liked the hotel overall but the staff, specially Barbara, was very rude..-After 10AM they stop adding food to the breakfast buffet

I had a room next to where building work was going on..went to reception and spoke with one of the reception staff who managed to get me another room(upgraded) free of charge! Can't thank them enough! Excellent service..thank you!

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location of the hotel was superb, a very quiet part of Portimao. View from our balcony was excellent.

The deposit that was required to enable you to sign for extras. This is not usual in a top hotel.

Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable! Nice breakfast and bar. The beach right by the hotel is stunning as well.

Free and easy parking close to the hotel. Relaxed atmosphere at breakfast, due to the few guests. Short walk to the beach site Praia da Rocha with tourist facilities and restaurants.

Due to the off-season, there were very few guests and obviously fewer staff. There was a slight smell in the corridors of the hotel, probably due to this.

Slight improvements to the gym will make it ideal. Water tapped in for drinking, fix Smith machine, add one or two more machines. Overall for a hotel though it is very good with free weights, both plates and dumbbells.

The view, proximity to great restaurants, beautiful room and facilities. The buffet breakfast With so much choice and great coffee.

Breakfast seemed a little late - 7:30. Earlier would be better to make it to trains, buses, excursions. At least offering good coffee in the lobby earlier than 7:30 might be a good addition to this hotel's services.

It is right next to the seaside, and there is easy access to the beach. Our room had a literal sea view, and it has nice views for both sunrise and sunset. The room is clean and quite spacious, with air conditioning over hot weather. Did not use the pool facilities inside the hotel but it's a plus to have. Also did not use their breakfast and bar facilities but they look promising.

The access to parking is not the most convenient. It's not their fault but it takes a long way around every time to get back to the hotel if you drive.

The only drawback was someone smoking in the next balcony to us. Wasn't nice smelling the smoke.
