Sleep Inn Miami Airport

The worst experience ever.

Cleanliness, room so dirty and have bugs, smell of mold.

The locations n the friendly staffs

On the breakfast must be more fruits n real coffee…. Thx

They cleaned the bed with a queen size was not true

The first problem was I came to the room I had to pay an extra 100 to have a room with two full size beds because they messed up my reservation. Then when I walked in the room it was a strong smell of mildew the carpet was damp. And they have roaches bad

STAY AWAAAAAY

The whole hotel smells mildew and musty. I tried to switch rooms but it was the same. I checked out after the first night. I couldn't stay there anymore. I had to sleep with a shirt covriering my mouth and nose.

My room had bugs, live larva hatching, roaches and flying bugs. I had to change rooms, didn't open my luggage for fear they would crawl in and I would take them home. Didn't sleep was afraid bugs would be on/in bed. Absolutely worst hotel experience

The staff were helpful and polite. They answered all my questions and had lots of patience because they were busy. Every time I called for help they answered the phone.

I payed for a shuttle to take me to the cruise port. I was at the pick up site early and waited for the shuttle. When I asked I was told shuttle was coming . After 30 minutes shuttle never came. I was refunded my money but had to pay extra for Uber.

The ground transportation to the hotel stopped at 9pm. We had to pay for a Lift.

Yes, I left a very sentimental blanket in the room called back on person said it was there housekeeping has it my husband went back and was told they don't

No pets, the location, staff friendly.

When coming from the airport we stood and waited for at least 20 min for someone to finally come to the desk and the hole time we stayed we only had cool showers as the hot water wasn?t work very much

The room smelled like wet carpet and the room felt humid even though we turn on the air.

The only thing was they were remodeling the bathroom and did not provide an option with so many people there from a cruise, etc. They should have at least provided a temporary room to the public. Also it was during tornado warnings so couldn't leave.

What I liked most was the kidness of the people of the hotel and the way they treat their costumers. Big amount of good people in the place.

I just dont like the form of the place to take a bath.....its feels a little bit strange and the door doesnt close well making the water split on the floor ....

Dirty, run down hotel. Not at all as described or as shown in online photos.

I just couldn't smoke inside the room but other than that it was amazing

There were bugs in our room. Also the shower gives no pressure.
