- We were here for a wedding and this place was perfect! Walking distance to the lake and village area. The room was spacious and very clean. It had a very homey feel and we absolutely loved it! The staff was wonderful and very helpful! Great Experience!
Cons -
- The trashcan was full in the kitchen by precious people being there. The room needed to be ventilated because it had this "old smell" about it. The internet was not working, no TV unless we used my boyfriends Hotspot. We ended up leaving afterall.
- In the middle of the night, someone was arguing.
- The room could use a new mattress and pillows.

Walking distance of Lake Arrowhead Village shopping center. Minutes from Cedar Glen. Making it central to 95% of the shopping and dining in the area. The owners Roscoe and Izzy were very accommodating. As locals they have great tips for dining and shop

Small and cozy room. Very relaxed environment. Best part was the double shower head in the bathroom.
Close proximity to the village. Quaint hotel Staff was nice.
Well located, directly across from entrance to Lake Arrowhead Village center.
Limited parking is hard to find. Many stairs up and down. Room was tiny but adequate. Staff member I dealt with is hard of hearing so difficult to communicate. Walls are very thin, and road noise starts very early.
Location was within walking distance of Arrowhead Village and the event I was there to participate in. Staff of 1 available by phone, was friendly, but lobby unattended.
Very old and run down facility, no control over room heating and A/C, cramped bathroom had large tub but only hand shower. Expected breakfast, but nothing available early except yesterday's coffee in large coffee-maker. Room smelled of smoke...
Location next to village & lake & restaurant. The management was helpful & nice. The courtyard was nice for relaxing. A nice get away for one or two people.
We were greeted with a glass of wine and given a tour of the property.
