Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa

The staff are all great. The restaurant/bar is very nice. The entertainment on Mondays is fun.

Our room was looking shabby. The armchair was threadbare. A huge chunk of material (approximately 5x5 inches) was missing from the arm and it looked very tacky.

The lobby and restaurant are nice.

The building is looking shabby, paint is peeling and parts are coming off. The grounds by the lake are dry and unkempt. The drapes in our room were shredding.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant is great, we ate at a table with a view of the lake. It was excellent food and a tranquil experience.

It was very nice and clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was sunk in.

Location, people, and view

Air vents were filled with dust, flooring was dirty and lots of caulking needed around the shower. Carpet was old and didn't or wasn't on the web page that dogs were allowed. Felt dirty

Location, the staff and food

the floors creaking above when trying to sleep (you can hear people walking around and tossing/turning in the bed), and you can hear the toilets flushing, we were on the bottom floor, there are 3 levels in this hotel

Very noisy. Heard stomping and door slamming from room above us. Our room was not stocked well. Had to ask for towels, kleenex, cups, etc. Room was not cleaned. House Keeping was very rude and gave us attitude about cleaning room next day.

The staff especially the dining room manager who made us feel welcomed. The amazing views the beautiful water the nice pool

Good location. Awesome lake view rooms. Hotel restaurant had great quality cuisines. We were able to early check in around 12pm during busy weekend. Hot tub was nice

Our room was near lobby and was able to hear screaming kids frequently. Would be nicer if there is tables with umbrella near hot tub to place towel and clothes when it's snowing/raining. Friendlier staff would make this hotel excellent from great.

Beautiful! Location was perfect and staff was great! Loved the bar area and fire places. Made for a very cozy experience.

There were a few lightly damaged furniture in the room. Half the rooms overlook the gray sea of a huge parking lot, it¿d be much better if the parking was underground.

The overall location, the beautiful views from the room and the friendliness of the staff all contributed to a memorable stay. The location was the best thing about the hotel and the overall condition.

Prices at the restaurant were high but that might be explained by the current costs and the fewer restaurant guests during COVID and the quality ingredients they use.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful, and our was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

The only downside was the bed. The mattress was not new and it had divets. The restarant has a limited menu, but the burger was wonderful.

Great staff and pool and beach access was a plus. Close to everything and within walking distance.

Sofa bed not so comfortable.

My friends were asked to leave at 10 pm so that there own security staff could throw a party on the beach until 2 am with 80 plus people outside my room smoking weed and drinking .

The location is perfect, close to everything. Lake area very nice on property. Lobby was very pretty.

Check in was a nightmare. Waited in line for 40 minutes to check in then was told rooms not clean. Staff unable to say when they would be ready. Checked in after 4:00 and did not get into room until 5:45. Lake view room blocked by trees. Rooms bare

The location was amazing, family friendly, beautiful lake, great restaurant, close to grocery store and town.

Room had a tore up curtain, there was a chip behind the bed from the guests before, they said there was free coffee in the morning but because I wanted milk instead of cream they said they would have to charge, cable went out when watching movie.

Great location. Love that the hotel is right on the lake & close to shops/restaurants. I felt very safe too.

A bit noisy with the kids above my room. As a solo traveler, I would of liked to have been above them but know this was during the 4th of July summer week. Could replace carpet & clean or replace interior shower curtain better, I saw a dark spot on it.

The mattress and pillows were very hard for me.
