- The location.
- It was in a good location
- It was close to the convention center.
Cons -
- The room was disgusting! The front desk staff was useless and unresponsive to my issues with my room.
- BEWARE- my room was infested with cockroaches of all sizes. I had to kill 10 of them over the course of a few hours. Additionally, the telephone customer service reps work for some third-party and don't care about you. Stay at your own risk.
- The elevator was broken. The room they gave us had roaches and the door didn't lock properly. I felt very unsafe there and barely slept. So glad it was only a one night stay. NEVER AGAIN!!
