- Hotel Lobby, layout of the resort, beaches with white Crystal Sands and turquoise green pictersque waters, Buffet and Speciality restaurants, Accomodations all amazing +++++
- The staff were very friendly and treated all the guests with the same service whether you tip or not.
- The beach is unmatched, only hotel guests and never saw random poeple on the beach, felt super safe and everyone went out of their way to make sure you got everything you needed. above and beyond.

- The Charm of the Riu Palace Costa Mujeres was amazing. No
- We were not happy with the price of the taxi that the bellboy called for us. It was a different company than we used to get there and the price was 50% more
- New area so it is quite far from Cancun and the main areas which could get expensive with Taxis, but it was also a very private area. The food was okay, lots of options at least. Not a ton of mexican food, lots of burgers and hot dogs.
