Renovations have this hotel a mess. Reception was rude. Room didn't even have a night stand on both sides of bed. No luggage rack so we asked for a chair was told no. I doubt I would ever return to this hotel. I'm in this area every year for a week

I arrived late at 12 a.m., and the entrance was around back because it was raining. This hotel is still under construction, and everything is a mess. I paid the most for this room, which was on the first floor and had a strong smoke odor.

Quality of the rooms. Great bed. Excellent shower.

Rather high cost for the location.

The pool and hot tub were awesome. They had a breakfast buffet like I¿ve never seen before. Staff were friendly.

Very clean and inviting.I must say that the breakfast was amazing.Real bacon and eggs and pan fried potatoes.The variety was better than ever expected.Thank you for the great experience.Will definitely visit again.

Wifi took hours of trying before I was able to connect. Breakfast lineup was long & by the time we came back hoping to get a muffin or something, the breakfast area was closed. Didn’t appreciate the tone the staff gave about me being late.TV did not wor

Close to highway, right beside a Walmart & a restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Indoor pool & hot tub area was clean. Nice breakfast selection but not enough seating.

Quiet, comfortable, and clean. Located directly next door to a Walmart which made acquiring a few necessities on the morning of our departure easy.

The location was great. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were wonderful.

The pool was too cold!

The staff is always smiling, always helpful, always kind and attentive. Treats available 24/7 (cookies/fruit/etc.). Walking distance from Walmart, Dollarama and other stores, short drive from others, half-a-minute from the 401 highway.

The AC is a bit noisy, and although location is good- I would prefer to see some green from my window, and not a parking lot or the back of a big store.

Location is great - near restaurants, grocery stores and other - like Canadian Tire. Beds are very comfortable, desk in room a good size,front desk was exceptional, free breakfast was very satisfactory - no complaints. Elevator was convenient.

Honestly, for a 2 1/2 star hotel it was great. BUT, to pay the full price requested it is not worth it especially when I can get a 4 star hotel for this price. No fridge, you can bring items to the front desk and they will keep items in their fridge.

Being charged full price with hot tub broken and the pool was freezing you couldn’t enjoy it.

Soundproofing can be better especially in room doors, and breakfast could be extended to 11am instead of 10 ,normality isn’t about waking up early or late, it should fit everybody
