Masterson's Motel

Reasonably priced and convenient to highway access.

The listing stated that breakfast was included. There was absolutely nothing provided other than old coffee. That does not qualify as a "breakfast". This is a gross misrepresentation of amenities and should not be permitted.

Location and friendly customer service. Clean floors, linen and they were generous with toiletries. I thought it would be noisy being next to the highway but very peaceful. I would stay there again. Half the price of chain hotels in the area.

The room was cleaned but some details were overlooked. Soap from last customer in the shower and a drink in the fridge. I still tipped.

Great room, obviously has been recently updated. Comfy bed, the room was a bit hot, but other than that it way exceeded my expectations

Close to highway but far away to not here the traffic

The ice machine was busted, was told go to the corner store to get some. Food was left in freezer from last guest, microwave had food stuck to the upper inside of it. Beds looked like someone slept on top of them.

This property is conveniently located near both the 401 and downtown Napanee. A nice selection of restaurants within an easy drive from the property.

Nicely located, the rooms were decent with standard amenities.

The staff were really not helpful. I wanted to take a leak and had to go through a lot of discussion and phone calls, frustrating.I was given only 1 small bottle of water for our entire stay, for 2D, and 2 persons. Frustrating and thirsty.

The bed was really comfortable and liked how deep the bathtub was

I argued with the staff for about 30min because they thought my payment didn't go through, even though it clearly did and I even showed my bank statement.

No breakfast served, just coffee, tea and juice. Other motels serve a full continental breakfast for the same price. Masterson's need to improve or lower rates.

Room has basics, is clean, but is very small.

It is a safe, affordable and conveniently located! The man at the front desk seems nice. We gave it a second try after a disappointing first experience. We will not be back!

The room was COLD upon arrival (turned up heat, easy fix)! There were 3 strands of long black hair, piece of used tissue and uncleaned areas in the bathroom. The bed pillows were almost flat and the blanket was really a thick sheet. We were aware of the blanket and pillow issue so bought some from home.

We did not have the breakfast. The motel was clean and convenient to our destination. It was easy to find and lots of parking. The cost was very reasonable.
