Not much

The 'hotel' isn't much of a hotel at all. It's a motel, period. Most rooms are inhabited by long-stay folks, lounging around outside their motel rooms. The motel is on a busy throughway, the furnishings are old, and the beds are atrociously hard.

This is a small motel. It has about 25 rooms and is located just off hwy 401. The rooms were clean and well maintained but showing their age. The price was more than reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Walls were thin and you could hear the noise from the highway but it sounded like white noise and I had no problem sleeping.

It's what you would expect from a nineteen "60s motel. We were comfortable and close to the tournament which we were in town for.

The bed and the shower. The smell pf the room. It smell very good. We have access To ice.

In thé room there were à lot of Fly. When we kill one another one appear. 20 fly in the room. The shampoo we had only one. The towel was too little.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Napanee Inn. It's clean and the room looked liked it was just remodeled. Breakfast was adequate. Very nice value at the star level. I would go back anytime.

They weren't very available for people with pets and when they seemed dead they offered no help for a room although they told us they wrte fully booked . Not a reliable source for a place to stay

Clean, reliable internet, showers were hot with lots of water pressure.

-Welcoming and friendly owner, even though it was after 22:00 when we arrived-Very clean room and bathroom-Large room with a dresser, a small coffee maker and supplies, nice seating area and flat-screen TV-A good fridge and microwave-A really good air-conditioning/heating unit with adjustable temperature and fan. It was a hot day/night and the A/C worked beautifully-A window that opened-A very comfortable pillow-top bed

-The fridge did not have a freezer compartment.-On a busy road (just north of highway 401), so if the window is open, it may be a little noisy. If the window is closed, the room is quiet.

Manager was good

My wife and I recently traveled from Ontario to Newfoundland in an electric vehicle, staying at economy motels such as yours, along the way. We were rather disappointed that no economy motels provided overnight EV charging. I would highly recommend that economy motel owners consider installing Level 2 240 volt EV chargers of approximately 30-40 amp capacity connected to a network such as FLO or Chargepoint. The network would collect the cost through their network RFID card or app to compensate the motel owner. A reasonable charge of about $1.50/hr. would be much more attractive to me, then staying at a luxury motel and paying $50 to $100 more per night and receiving “free” charging for approximately $10 worth of EV charging.

Clean, cozy, quiet

Confortable room. Shower was great, nice pressure and not slippery. Location was relatively quiet. Little farmers produce market steps away.

Steps up to room were a little high and should maybe have a hand rail.

I LOVED that it was in my price range.....and close to the event I was involved with....

There were some steps to my room....and I have difficulty with stairs....EVEN MORESO if there is not a railing available to assist....

very dirty and outdated, it says recently remodelled but it hasn’t been remodelled since the 70’s.lock on the door was busted as well

Comfy bed, warm cozy sheets, clean towels, good location, friendly fun and kind staff.

Bit of a dodgy area in the evening and could use some fresh carpet and better soap, fresher bathrooms. Overpriced for the motel it is.
