- Lobby, elevators, etc. were somewhat dirty and showed evidence that they hadn't been deep-cleaned for possibly years. Improvised air conditioning with loud portable unit, with large air intake tube run though the windo.
- The fact check in is at 2 and I had to wait till 6
- The room I was in did not have a working furnace. There was a plug in heater in the room. The door frame was bent and I could see the light from the hallway through the door. Sound travelled as well. I could hear people clear as day as they walked by.
