- The cleaning staff did not read which way the sign was hanging on the door and missed cleaning on one of the days. - Food at the bistro was excellent, except breast of duck. It seems to be under-cooked and chewy.

The view and the staff! Everyone was super helpful & friendly and the view from our room was to die for. Image throwing open your curtains and having a picture window filled with mountains! I also loved the free shuttle into town and the lobby water!
