Pros +
- They were very accommodating to move us to the lower floor since I have difficulty doing stairs. So thankful they had laundromat and it was reasonable priced.
- It has good location to view beautiful places
- Staff was great 2nd room they put us in was comfy.
Cons -
- The floors were cold. There was some mold under the sink in the bathroom and counter in the room
- They should have small restaurant
- They took us to a room with no heat , dripping pipes and the bed had a bad downward angle to it. It was too far off the Icefields parkway as well
