Rooms, which are basic in nature, do not include televisions, air-conditioning, or mini-fridges. This is part of the design to offering guests such an affordable option for accessing Banff. The property does offer 24-hour reception, guest laundry facilities, free wifi, and limited first come first serviced on-site parking.

Cons -
- No microwave inside the hotel but totally fine
- The room was booked in USD, ended up costing way more then I thought. was not properly cleaned. Balls of hair all over the floor.
- This hotel is a nightmare. It is a shelter for homeless people so you might see strangers wandering around. The room is super small like a prison cell. No TV, no coffee maker and no anything. The room cannot be locked from inside. Why 2-star? STAY AWAY!
