- Hotel seemed clean & room felt clean. Staff was friendly.
- Location, breakfast and pool.
- Great value
Cons -
- Bathroom did not have working fan so was very steamy & fogged up after showering. Included breakfast was the same nearly every day so would have liked some variety.
- That the pool closed at 10. It is light out until 10, so we were in the National park doing stuff until 9:30. So when we checked in, our daughter went to go swim, they closed.
- The front desk staff were not friendly , did not make any effort to answer questions and were reluctant to refill pool towels when no towels were available . I have stayed here many times before and the service has deteriorated significantly
