- When our car didn't start, we asked for help and the maintenance manager got his jumper cables and gave us a battery boost which we appreciated very much
- Everything was great from the moment I entered this property

Cons -
- No
- House cleaning didn't come to make beds and replace dirty towels unlit asked to.
- Bed and linen need to be updated. Couch mattress is very hard. Bedsheet has blue marker circled around. Comforter inner material runs into one side. For the high price I paid for this hotel I expect beds to be good but I was dissappointed greatly.
