- Friendly staff. No nonsense charges. Conveniently located to all amenities and Banff. Loved the Rocky Mountain Soap co products in the bathroom and water bottle fill station. These are small things but make all the difference.

- Lack of tables to play games No shower caps Hot tub out side,
- Fixtures in the room didn?t quite feel like a 4 star. King room didn?t have a bathtub.
- Behaviour of other hotel guests (not MTN base camps fault tho)
