Staff was polite and helpful. Had a noise incident during the night and it was dealt with promptly. There was no air conditioning. Thankfully the staff found me a small fan so I could sleep.

The room was very clean and quiet. Being close to the airport, we thought it might be noisy, but we didn't hear any planes at all. Also, the breakfasts were better than we expected. There were hot foods (i.e. eggs, and bacon, etc.) every morning.

We reserved a room with a sofa but got only a chair. Also the hotel was very empty but they put us next to the elevator. One of the two elevators was not working but the sign said, "repairs in progress". We saw no progress here.
